“Decent price for a nice selection of sushi and other plates. Fish is fresh and the rolls are great to split. Unfortunately it got a little busy and the wait between orders got very long. Would recommend going on a weeknight to avoid hefty dinner “
“I have been watching Ramen videos on YouTube for the better part of a month, and when I express how desperately I've been craving a good Ramen, I express no hyperbole.I do not state this lightly, this Ramen not only satiated my craving, but it knocked me socks....OFF! I have no socks on anymore. I fighting off the urge to steal the rest of my wife's bowl as I type this. I will be returning again, and again! I loved loved loved it.“
“It was around 9:10 PM on this specific Monday night when my life was forever changed. Last night, I came into this specific Honeygrow to look for something quick to quiet down my hunger, after 5 grueling hours of holiday shopping at the town center it's located in. I expected a simple meal so I could have just enough energy for my 45 minute drive home. What I got instead was an out of body experience. It was not food.... but cuisine The noodles were cooked flawlessly (the perfect amount of soft but sturdy), the ratio of sauce to noodle was spot on, all vegetables grilled impeccably and the garnishes topped everything off magnificently. Of course I was sad that the caramelized onions that I requested had ran out, but Marv who made my order made sure to notify me and add any other topping I wanted. (Incredible service too, might I add. Everyone was kind and attentive to the customers, and as I watched the workers in the kitchen, I saw they were all friendly with each other despite it being a later shift.) After I ate my noodles, I created my own dessert made of their yogurt, grapes, strawberries, apples & crumble, brownies and honey.... and I'm glad my friend was there to witness my life completely changed. I think in the first bite I took of that parfait, I saw God. And I had thought I was atheist. Anywho, I'm sure if I met the manager last night or if Marv was the manager, but if someone from Honeygrow management is reading this--please give this man a raise. And also whoever made that yogurt parfait as well. Both were two of the best dishes I've ever had this year in 2023. Will be back!“
“What a great experience! Stopped by for take out and was immediately greeted & offered suggestions from the menu. I decided to try Tonkotsu & Karaage chicken. When I got back to the office I was impressed with the packaging. Secure (broth you know!) and my ramen items were packed separately from the broth. Very nice - nothing was "water logged" from swimming in the broth on the drive back.Ramen was very tasty & I enjoyed the large portion and crunch of the Karaage chicken. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back to try more!“
“The chef and server were very friendly and efficient. I had an array of different dishes and they all had great presentation aswell as flavor. I’d recommend their coconut shrimp because it comes with this coconut sauce that is to die for. The crab ragoons were so hot and crabby cream cheesy. Delicious. Miso soup is an obvious staple and they have a good soup. Anyway 9/10 only thing was the salmon roe sushi’s seaweed was too chewy. Other than that it was great.“
“This is a great little strip mall restaurant that serves excellent Thai food.Good:Food: we had satay, pineapple curry chicken and shrimp pad Thai. All were flavorful and as good as we have had in both Bangkok and Ching Mai.Service: the young man who was our server was friendly, responsive and gave good recommendations. He maintained his good demeanor even though he was the only person out front - doing pickup order as well as managing the dining room.Bad:Ambience: the place is kind of dumpy. A coat of paint and better wall hangings would really helpLocation: hard to find. No sign. It is in-between a liquor store and a soon to open sushi place. Very close to the Sav-a-lot. They really should get a proper sign.Overall, 5-stars b/c they excel at what matters (food and service)“
“I love the vibe and the workers are awesome. It is not set up for a first-timer to have a great experience. I did not enjoy my meal. I did not understand what a honey bar was. And I know I'll do better next time. I love that they have a seasonal menu and source their ingredients to be fresh and delicious. I thought the parmesan crisps were too salty. I thought the red onions were weird tasting and would not get either of those ingredients again. I think next time for my salad I will go for a customized one that I make myself. My husband really enjoyed his stir fry.Now on to the bathroom. They have two gender neutral bathrooms. One was okay. The other one needed a lot of attention. I felt like both of them should have been serviced more often and I know that that is something that a staff member is responsible for in a restaurant and so I was disappointed that they did not seem to be up on that part of things. Anthony Bourdain said in his book kitchen confidential. If the bathroom of a restaurant is dirty, how bad could the kitchen be which is not visible by the customers.Pee or pass? Pee for one bathroom pass for the other.Parking: This is in a shopping area. We were coming from the container store and it was really hard to get to because there was a lot of traffic and we had to cross traffic coming into the plaza to get to where it was. Well this is not the fault of the business. It was inconvenient, felt a little dangerous, and could have been done better.“
“Recently I have visited Sakura several times. I feel obliged to review that service, friendliness, quality/taste and for the prices I have been impressed and I have ordered take out, yet the atmosphere inside is very nice. I have enjoyed getting the miso soup and small lettuce salad with the tasty dressing with each order. I recommend Sakura and will be returning! I don't usually like fried foods out because sometimes too greasy, yet the tempura and coconut shrimp recently were pretty good, I think the fry was almost perfect. And I always like their sushi.“
