“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4/5 StarsHidden Ramen spot in Easton Market! If you're a ramen aficionado don't miss the experience at Mr. Lee's in Easton. I had the pleasure of trying their bacon ramen this time and it was a flavor explosion! The combination of savory bacon and thick steamed noodles created a symphony for my taste buds. I'm typically a Tonkotsu ramen fan and this place seems to cater towards more Americanized ramen but it was still enjoyable nonetheless. The fried chicken ramen is next on my list and you can't go wrong with the original. Give it a shot!“

“Very slow on a Thursday afternoon. Everything was good. Liked the Pho and Summer rolls. Needs Cilantro! Tea was hot water and a tea bag. Just not very authentic, but good nonetheless. This was our second time because I remember enjoying it the last time. Spring rolls should come with more lettuce and fish sauce. Thai Chili sauce is good too, but like fish sauce with them.“

“I have eaten pho all across the country from west to east coast. I removed any expectation or opinions of previous pho restaurants before coming in and was deeply impressed by not only the excellent service & presentation but most importantly the taste. I had a small pho tai (steak) and was humbly satisfied by the portion size and perfect amount of sides. I like to add sauces to my bowls but always taste before doing so and the broth was full bodied, so much so that it seeped through my extra additions. Noodles were perfect, beef was perfect and I really enjoyed this experience. Do not listen to the ill mannered, negative reviews filled with minuscule complaints that are typical of whiny patrons, left by people who probably think it’s appropriate to blow their noses at the table, about price and portions. Pricing is very fair and if you want more sides just ask, maybe? This noodle house is great and anyone who actually likes pho will definitely enjoy eating here.“

“Have you ever ordered Chow Mein and that’s not actually what you wanted? I did at another Asian Spot and I was hesitant on having the same experience at Far East. I told the cashier, Lucia, and she was so patient with me. She went to the kitchen to get the noodle to show me what to expect so I wouldn’t have a bad experience with them. Way to go, Lucia. Oh and the food was great too!“
