Pizza by Elizabeths offers excellent service, fresh and delicious food, and a great ambiance, making it a popular destination for both locals and those willing to travel. The atmosphere is fun and inviting, with friendly and helpful staff providing great menu suggestions. The menu features salads and pizza fit for a queen, including a 12-inch Boop pizza prepared with chunky tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, basil, and Balsamic drizzle, which many find very tasty. Guests can enjoy a regular size fruit salad with pear, candied walnuts, Bleu cheese (requested on the side), and Balsamic dressing, described as delicious. The Shannon pizza and curry chicken salad are also very good options, with many guests sharing samples and enjoying a variety of pizzas. The special asparagus, brie, and shitake pizza was good, but needed more acid (citrus) and seasoning. The Caesar salad was excellent, and the Tempranillo Red wine received praise as well. The place itself is nicely put together, and the decor inspired by Betty Boop adds to the inviting atmosphere. The generous portions and exceptional value provide a fantastic dining experience. Despite occasional service challenges during busy periods, the attentive service and great cocktail selection make it a wonderful spot for any meal, including work dinners.
