“The Wine and Pizza pairing the other night was AWESOME. Please host more it was a great event!!I am admittedly a New York pizza snob. This place passes the test with 5 stars across the board. Thank Heavens for a new restaurant choice in High Springs!!!Ambiance : 5/5Love, LOVE, love the decor throughout this place. The women’s bathroom was AMAZING. No expense spared on new pizza ovens, plenty of tables inside and out for smaller groups. Large parties might have trouble getting seated together.Food/Drink 5/5I order a Margarita pizza that was perfect. The crust was just right, sauce was not too sweet and fresh mozzarella and basil. Beautiful presentation.My wife had a build your own with pepperoni, mushroom, peppers and onions. It was outstanding. It was crisp on the bottom but light and not too thick.Only thing that would have made this better is a beer from High Springs brewery (which is right next door). This place is working on a liquor license so fingers crossed.They have a unique dessert with a clever name called the “Beeramisu” which is a spin-off on Tiramisu. The owner created the recipe and it was delicious.Service : 5/5Wonderful!! Kelly the owner brought the food to our table and checked on us a couple of times. I always think it’s pretty important for a new establishment (open about month) that the owners keep tabs on the customers. “We found this place after an appointment in Gainesville and it WILL BE a regular spot every time we are there! The bartender was hilarious and welcoming, the food was perfect, and the overall experience was top notch! HINT… best onion rings! They have a “Bottle Shoppe” that we didn’t get to visit but plan to in the near future. We got there at their opening for an early lunch before heading home but can see this being a fun place at all hours!“
“Service was fine but my steak was overcooked and not tender. The garlic mashed potatoes were good but not as hot as expected. The Caesar salad was extra cost and disappointing.Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs and doors are reasonably wide and there are some tables that would accommodate a wheelchair. If I had a wheelchair in my party I would call ahead to ask for an accessible table.“
“Decided to check this place in town out upon yelp search. Restaurant has what I call a traditional Chinese restaurant setup- some round tables that people can see each other with the food in between. We tried some of the recommended foods on the menu and they were good and fresh. Price point here is somewhat higher than other Chinese restaurant in town. We appreciated that our server was attentive to us throughout! Overall, good experience and will come back next time to try more food!“
“Overall it was a nice experience. In the beginning it took a while for us to be seated even though the restaurant was completely dead. Our waiter was okay, she wasn’t too friendly or attentive.I ordered the quesadilla that comes with chipotle sauce and it was pretty good. It was pretty messy and hard to eat. The rice was really good but the refried beans weren’t my favorite.My boyfriend ordered the birria tacos and he liked them but it wasn’t too big of a portion size in my opinion. The complimentary chips and salsa were pretty good. They are fairly decently priced for a Mexican restaurant“
“We visited this place last Tuesday, 5 star for their drinks and bartender.. loved their drinks.. don’t forget to try bramble. They have tequila Tuesday specials and whiskey Wednesday specials( good deals). Bar tender was super cool that she made us peligroso drink though they don’t carry it. She made it by checking ingredients online and rocked it. Would definitely come back.“
“I've been a customer of the Copper Monkey for a long time, since the 'old days'. Have been going to Copper Monkey West in Jonesville since they opened; it's one of my favorites. Love the Orange and Blue burger, chicken wings, chips and onion dip, and much more. Great food, cold beer, great service, decent prices all things considered.“
