We felt well taken care of, got great menu suggestions, and were told about future collaborations. All menu items were delicious, flavor profiles were on point, and cuts of fish were generous. The Caboose did not disappoint.Everything was amazing. We ordered a few rounds of drinks, shots, and food. Mozzarella sticks, flatbread pizza, nachos etc,. The food came out promptly and was spot-on. Our bartender Mari was attentive and offered great customer service, even when the POS system went down at peak business she worked through it and still managed to take care of everyone. We spent around $135 and she had no problem splitting the tab as requested. Great experience all-around. Highly recommended.Vegetarian options: They do have vegetarian options on the menu, including the vegan black and blue flatbread pizza, which is mushrooms, onions, tomatoes, mozzarella, and blue cheese.“
“Friendly staff, good bar food, reasonable prices, was a great low key environment to watch an NFL football game on TV that was unavailable locally, since they have NFL Sunday Ticket, they are a Dolphins bar, through & through... But I went when the 'phins weren't playing. They have an okay selection of beers, and for a place that doesn't seem to be much of a cocktail bar, they were able to make my girlfriend a very good French 75.“
“I love divey kind of bars. I love to see a band, play pool and friendly bartenders are a must. I stopped into this bar prior to going to emerald cut Park and although I wasn't able to see a band, they had a great stage in the back outside that looked like it would be just an incredible place to see a show. And unfortunately the day I was leaving to come back home to New York they had a classic rock/ Southern rock band. Wish I could have stayed an extra day. So next time I go to Florida that's a for sure place. I'm going to stop at and spend a day or two“

“First off, do not go here if you are looking for a nightclub atmosphere. You will not find it.What you will find is a clean, well maintained bar with fantastic food and friendly service. The crowd is mostly blue collar and retired workers that come in to relax and enjoy each other's company. Every time I have gone in, I met great people and struck up great conversations.The bartenders are cordial and fast at their job. Prices are generally less than any other bar I have visited.The food is better than most bars and I've never been disappointed. My go-to is the cheese steak, double meat, crinkle fries, and grilled peppers and onions on the side. I try to make it a point of getting this at least once a month.The music is usually classic rock or country, not too loud. Overall, a great place to eat and relax with friends.“

“My wife and I while staying at the Marriott Orlando had dinner at the “Shade Bar and Grill.” We didn’t have the best experience with food and service. Being a restaurant owner, I all to well understand that every restaurant can have a bad night. I wanted to talk with the kitchen manager, being a late meal ( almost closing time ) he had already left. I went back in the morning before we checked out and asked to speak with the food and beverage manager. I was promptly greet be Michael the Restaurant manager. I explained our issues with the night before and we talked for quite some time of the new issues we have faced over the post Covid years. Michael could not have been more professional. It was a pleasure to meet and talk with him. I am leaving 5 stars not because of our experience the night before but rather knowing what great and capable hands this restaurant is in going forward.
