“Food was good, solid Mac and cheese you would expect from this style of establishment. It’s not gourmet but I enjoyed the cheeziness of the chicken parm bowl I got. The service was exceptional though and made the experience great. Austin greeted us, walked us through the menu and was patient with our requests. I highly appreciate that we got checked in with during our meal as well, that’s not something you see all the time in this casual setting. Bonus points for the 90’s hits playing in the background, it brought me back to eating Mac and cheese on the couch while watching tv as a kid.“

“My wife and I have been trying to get here for quite some time, and we were able to get there today. The food did not disappoint at all. Chicken and waffles, crab cakes, and Blanca vegetarian omelette were all cooked well and were very tasty.“
“I would give the experience at Soseki a 4.5/5. The service was impeccable; attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly: 5/5. The atmosphere was a 4.5/5 because I felt the music was a little too loud to converse with my partner at times. I give the food a 4.5/5 because it was locally and internationally sourced showcasing the wonderful and vibrant flavors of Central Florida and Japan; however, during one of the nigiri portions, my partner had a rather large fishbone that got caught in their throat. Otherwise, it was an exquisite experience, of which I commend the chefs and the staff, especially for the detailed seating arrangement I requested. This experience is worth the price of admission.“

I went with a friend who is a former chef and still works in the food industry, it is his favorite place in Orlando.Parking: It's a super popular place. When I got there parking was that an absolute minimum and you had to do valet. I drove around the block to find free street parking.“
