Dear 7/11 Management Team, I recently had a great experience at one of your stores thanks to one of your hard-working employees, Tyler. I was in the store looking for a specific item and Tyler went above and beyond to help me find it. Tyler greeted me with a warm smile and asked if he could help me find anything.
