I received my CB 350 Batch freezer on 02/21/2024, and I was like a kid on Christmas. It is easier than Steve demonstrates. I've already invented some of my own recipes. The customer service is outstanding. They answered all of my questions. Steve doesn't mind sharing his knowledge and experience to help you get started. I'm looking forward to ordering a 24qt freezer in the near future.
