Called Franke Coffee they put us in touch with Jaguar Coffee. First trip to repair our coffee machine was only a diagnosis. I had already done diagnosis with franke tech and provided Jaguar with the parts that we needed. We found this company online while looking for an repair tech for our Astoria expresso machine.Company sent out a tech that said we needed a new thermostat, even though the issue was the pressure. We didn't question the diagnosis as we thought he knew what he was doing.Since they don't work on our brand of machine very often, the part would need to be ordered and that process took about 2 weeks.
