The owners are delightfully charming and will take time to talk to you even when they are busy.Their ice cream is delicious with a ton of flavors and toppings to choose from. I have never had the same thing twice because there are so many options. If you are not a huge ice cream fan then try the waffles! “I love this place! The açaí bowls are delicious and so is the Nitrogen ice cream!For the price, I think the ice cream and açaí is fair. Açaí isn’t cheap so for a regular bowl with 2 bases, granola+honey, and 3 toppings for its price is a steal. The ice cream is delicious and the price is also really fair considering they give you every single piece that is made in the bowl.Service is wonderful as well. Everyone is super kind. Met one of the owners herself. Young but well respected and willing to help you through any process herself.The only issue we encountered was the wait time to order and receiving your finished product. Due to only having 2-3 people behind the counter, everyone is managing all stations at once. It gets delayed but for me, it’s worth the wait. I got to learn how to perform as a Gelato Server and serve some of the best customers with teachers teaching me at Lucciano's how to prepare the Lucciano's style of dessert. “As far as I know this the only “fast food” place still around where you can get fish and chips. I really have been wanting some to bring back memories of Long John’s and Captain D’s. This place did a good jobs of filling that void. The fish and trip run was my first experience with Culver’s and I am pleasantly surprised. The drive through staff was friendly and d fast. They have a good set up for organizing traffic with their waiting spots. I did not go in this time but plan to add Culver’s to my fast food rotation, so I expect to update.“

There were a lot of people waiting in the line but the employees worked hard to get the line moving. Customer service was mediocre. But it's pretty pricey for a popsicle. I do like the fact that they have unique flavors but I don't like the fact that you can't sample like your traditional ice cream scoops because these are bars. So you could potentially get a flavor that doesn't taste as great as it sounds and you've just wasted your money. You first chose a flavor and then choose a dip like chocolate or caramel Etc then you can choose a topping. You don't have to put all the extras if you don't want to either. The other thing is that it's not dine in so there's really no we're to sit and hangout if you wanted you have to eat it elsewhere.“
