I went in Monday afternoon for shoulder repair surgery. I did not know the time of the surgery until the Friday before but I do understand the reasons why. I am sure it is an anxious time for all that are undergoing a procedure. I was not as stressed as I would normally be under the circumstances. I found the staff to be very professional, efficient and warm, friendly and caring. Every effort was made to make me comfortable physically and mentally. I was so nervous, sweating profusely, & trembling like a leaf (had just lost my husband only days before)... when I went in... But, Pam was an absolute doll, calmed me down in her soothing way, gave me cool air to help with the sweating, explained everything & was just everything you want in a nurse...
