“The experience I had was beyond thorough. I was greeted right away, once sat I was helped immediately, and The hospitality was exceptional. I will definitely be back! This all happened while I was preparing to dine in for Breakfast. I would love to point out Nilly the Host who initially greeted me. I don’t eat at places when they don’t speak lol. My server Ireland went above and beyond with her detailed description of menu items, and speedy approach. Last but not Cayla the Manager coordinated, And worked very well with her Team as she was also checking in. 10/10 overall.“
“Always a great visit. They are rightly known for the wine list which is extraordinary. But it would be pointless without knowledgeable and patient staff which they are. Excellent suggestions and explanations. I'll go back for sure next time I'm in town“
“My daughter is a caterer a very good one but and she loves Seasons 52 because their food is so good they're bartenders are so nice we sit at the bar. What else can I say it was my birthday yesterday and they actually gave me a birthday present of delicious desserts in shot glasses I was really surprised plus a beautiful happy birthday card and I don't know where I put it but it's here somewhere if I can find it again it's really sweet and it was from my bartenders that we see probably four times a week thank you bye“
“I have been going to Ocean Prime for many years. The service has always been impeccable, and the food is incredible. Everything is fresh and just enough unique that their menu stands out as one-of-a-kind. The cocktails are the best - so fresh and one of the top 5 in our travels everywhere. Cheers!“
“Disney and culinary excellence are not synonymous. Absolutely not. I had my shares of disappointing dining experience at Disney theme parks on countless occasions. But some exceptions pleasantly emerged recently and Satu’lli Canteen is a prime example. This quick service restaurant is located in the Avatar section (Pandora land) in Animal Kingdom. Using the Disney app to order food is highly recommended. Finding a table is a breeze because there’s a cast member at the door to screen out non-dining guests.I heard so many good things about about this place and I ended up getting the beef/chicken over rice and bean with scallion sauce that tastes and looks like chimichuri sauce. And I also got the dumpling with vegetable slaw and chips.Totally met my expectations, I have to say. Each entree was designed in such a way that they can bang out thousands of orders without paralyzing the kitchen. While accommodating gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan and other dietary restrictions. Ingenuity! This place should be the prototype for all Disney dining places.Dietary restrictions: From the Disney App, you can place an order that accommodates variety of dietary restrictions.“
“Food was spectacular! I had the chicken arrabiata, and having worked in one of the most prestigious Italian restaurants in the country, this was pretty darn close! Bobbi was a lovely server and catered to us and our three rowdy children really well. Chilled vibe and good food. Well done!Kid-friendliness: Children's menus, coloring sheets and crayons. Good kids food with healthy side options!“
“One of the finest dining opportunities at Disney World. Located in the grand Floridian Resort and Spa, it is an excellent opportunity for an outstanding dining experience. The service and attention to detail are typical Disney (excellent) but it does come at a price. If you’re looking for an inexpensive dining option, this is not it.As with any restaurant at Disney, kids are welcome, however, this is an upscale restaurant that requires the proper dress attire. If you have tired, fussy or rambunctious little ones, I’m not sure this would be the best option. We had an outstanding meal in a wonderful atmosphere as an engagement celebration. I would highly recommend Citricos if you get the opportunity.“
“Great upscale restaurant and excellent service by Topher who made your day extra special. They have some vegan and vegetarian options on the menu, but if you request, they can make more than what's on the menu. Topher got me a special dessert (since i had the birthday badge!)Very unique and thoughtfully made dishes. Strongly recommend the schezuan noodles and tiffin service bread and dips combo for vegetarians and vegans.Vegetarian options: Schezuan noodles (vegan), Gobi Manchurian (dairy), tiffin service (mostly vegan but some dips and one bread may have dairy), creme brulee (dairy and egg)“
“This was an absolute delight for my friends and I. The food was beyond and the service was fantastic. Our servers were so knowledgeable, they captivated me with every detail. We added the A5 Japanese Wagyu steak and it was perfect. Highly recommend. Only slight negative was that we were there for 5 hours, otherwise it was great!“
“Exceptional food, served family style. Only reason for 4-stars is that it is same food, same cost per person and that wasnt readily apparent when e made our reservation. Otherwise, its a great respite from the crowds with their quiet colonial atmosphere, service was very nice but a bit slow (they were busy). You can get alcohol here when you dine in.“
“It’s so nice to find an establishment that knows and understands what Customer Service is all about.Vanessa, Gigi and Ana “EXCEEDED” any and all expectations. All three were attentive and made sure that our experience was enjoyable and pleasant.Definitely looking for these three young ladies on our next visit.Parking: Ample parking availability“
“Returned to H&H a few weekends ago and had an incredible dinner. Mounir was our waiter and was fantastic, he made our experience that much better. The restaurant has a lovely ambiance and everything we have tried here is delicious. Live music was awesome as well. Maddie was very sweet and helped us get a great table last minute on a busy holiday weekend. We will be back !“
“Hubby and I went based on recommendation. Area is good. Very touristy area, but once inside the restaurant, you forget about the noise outside. Food was good. Service was good, and if military, the business provides a military discount.Parking: Parking can be challenging depending on time of day.“
“NICK FROM TAMPA IS THE MAN!! made our experience super special. He honestly is the exactly what I imagine Disney to be, made me and my girlfriend feel super special. Absolute best part of my trip was the hospitality Nick brought us. The entire staff was great. Food was great. Good food+ good service + good experience = perfection!! NICK YOUR THE BEST!!!“
“This is a great place with good food and fun for the whole family. The only reason why I gave it 4 stars is because there prices are so high. I get that we are at "Disney" but it's alot. It was over 30.00 a person to bowl for 1 hr and 1/2. The food as well is high the fries I got were 14.00.“
“Went here for the first time tonight with the family. I originally saw a post on IG about the food, from a local foodie. The cheddar biscuits with bacon did not do it for me. They were very dry and not flavorful. The candied bacon was cold and spicy. I ordered the lemonade with Strawberry Puree, it was flavorless, literally like water with a hint of strawberry, I would not order any of these items again. The nachos were good as were the other main dishes we ordered. Our waitress was very nice, as well as the other staff we interacted with. I would definitely go back.“
“My husband and I had the best time at California Grill!! We had reservations for dinner there and got a drink at the bar while waiting for our table! Our bartender, Christine was so much fun and passionate about working for Disney & California Grill that we decided to just eat at the bar! The view is amazing and the fireworks at 8:30 pm are so beautiful. The view 15 stories above gives you an amazing view of Cinderella’s castle and all of the resorts!“
“Always great service. Always great food. All the coaches educators and administrators never have a complaint as the price is right and the food is never disappointing. ERIN our server is always incredible. Accurate orders, fast service, very knowledgeable, fun to talk with. Erin's a phenomenal asset to Sonny's “
“The absolute best dinning experience in Orlando! If you haven’t experienced Chathams then you must set an appointment asap! From the bread, appetizers, sorbet, pastas, soups, sea bass, steaks! Are incredible! This restaurant is a MUST for all the true foodies!“
“Delicious eye appealing culinary creations. Heirloom tomato and pork belly appetizers were wonderful. As were the NY strip, lobster tail and sea bass. Accompaniments were paired well with the entrees. Presentation was outstanding. The service was superb. If you lucky enough to get NICK as your server he will only add to the top notch experience you will have at this fine establishment. He is very knowledgeable with the menu and will give you spot on descriptions of any food and beverage item you inquire about. We ordered on his recommendations and were not disappointed with a single thing. A huge shout out and thank you to NICK!“
“The food here was phenomenal!Wife and I had dinner and a few drinks. We started with the ceviche and the blue crab beignets. The beignets were surprisingly wonderful! The ceviche was fantastic as well.We split a fillet which they cut in half for us and cooked it perfectly. The fillet honestly was one of the best steaks I’ve ever had. As a side, we had the lobster mac & cheese, which was very delicious with large chunks of lobster. We finished off dinner with a salted caramel brownie, which was to die for.Highly recommend this place for a great night out!“
“We went last spring and again this past week. Both times we had a great experience! Food and drinks are amazing! My husband raves about the red fish. Service is attentive and the server had good recommendations. Beautiful view of the lagoon.“
“Well my family just found our new spot for after church. Make sure you are hungry because portions are comically large. Amie was our server and she was all over it. Place was packed and we got table in less than 10 minutes. Also fun fact we frequent Universal and it’s less than 10 minutes from park and is open till 3am. Some times we leave park hungry at night and this is awesome option. You could definitely share meals here.Bathrooms clean. Full service bar. I had a nitro brewed cinnamon coffee??.I’m not going to describe food, pictures speak for themselves.Ask for Amie she ROCKED??Parking: Free Valet (But you need to tip, these guy work off Tips!) Christian rocked and was very informative!“
“Dole Whip... at a resort... with the option to add booze. I mean... how is this NOT a five-star review automatically?! Okay, in all seriousness, this really is a great little spot. If you're at the Polynesian resort, main house, go towards the back in the main lobby and out the sliding glass doors. Turn left, and there it is, a little gem situated in a resort instead of in a crowded park. Dole Whips have their own cult following, and I have to admit I get the fever. They're so tasty! This location can also do swirls with vanilla soft-serve, and they also make Dole Whip Floats (your choice of DW or soft-serve with pineapple juice). So good! They also offer a Dole Whip Float with a shot of coconut rum! Yes, it's delicious, though honestly the rum hides very quickly with the size and flavor of the float. But, that's okay, you can just take the shot separately if you want, they serve it on the side. That's all they serve: ice cream, Dole Whip, floats, and mixtures between the above. It's that simple. And simply delicious. Whether we're staying at this resort or just stopping by for a meal, we have to go to the Lanai for a Dole Whip!“
“Nice place for group dining. Plenty of parking and alot of restaurants and stores nearby to walk and check out. The calamari had alot of breading but the mozzarella cheese sticks were really good and the California chicken club sandwich with sweet potato fries. They add 18% on the bill for large groups and they have Vet discounts.“
“Great food, very impressed! We came here years back and really enjoyed it. We weren't sure what to expect after so much time having passed but they did not disappoint. Just as good as back then, if not even better due to the gluten free choices. We are 100% gluten free, so we weren't sure if we could eat here but luckily we could! We got vanilla custard shakes, and chili cheese dogs wrapped in lettuce with sauerkraut and mustard. Highly recommend adding the sauerkraut to the combo. At first we really weren't sure if wrapping it in lettuce would be appetizing but it was great.Wish we would have ordered more! I hope they advertise more of their gluten free options because it's not listed on the menu or easy to figure out. They'd get tons more business if gluten free was advertised. It was wonderfulDietary restrictions: Gluten free: They can wrap hotdogs into a lettuce wrap, and the chili is also gluten free!“
“If you’re looking for delicious, perfectly cooked chicken tenders in a quick service restaurant, this place is the ticket. Moist and tasty tenders with a good selection of sauces. Slaw, crinkle-cut fries, Texas toast all very good. Friendly service. The dining room here is small but pleasant. Enjoy!“
“Everyone was great here - Manager was excellent and assisted our larger group wonderfully - Food was surprisingly very good for a tourist location. Parmesean Garlic wings I think it was and some quesadellas of different sorts. Coke products so got that Coke 0 - haven't touched a golf club in like 28 years and was only for 1 or 2 years then - Didn't do too bad.“
“MULTIPLE: been here over the years & depending on where you sit— you’ll get multiple different experiences. There’s inside seating which is lively & loud even on a Thursday night due to the tourists. A second outdoor bar next to a stage with live music some nights. And then patio seating that’s a little more chill & laid back. Parking can be annoying here as well. They have an extensive beer list which is great. Food is good too, big portions, but a little pricey usually over $15 a plate. Restaurant is clean. The service is really hit or miss depending on how busy it is. But the managers & other servers are good at helping other tables when it’s busy.“
“We are Disney Annual Passholders and Steakhouse 71 is our favorite restaurant on all of Disney Property! The food is delicious and decently priced for Disney, but most of all the service is what keeps us coming back. We always request Giselle she is the sweetest person and really makes our dinners so special. It’s like seeing family every time we go and get to see her.“
“This is a great brunch spot for girls day out! Went here with my besties. Monkey bread- phenomenal. So sweet, bread so chewy and soft and the candied pecans. COME ON! follow it up with a lobster roll and an espresso martini. Absolutely fire!“
“Citricos at Grand Floridian - dinner Well our experience there was like night and day compared to Topolinos. Our server was Marion from Romania and he was amazing, but so was every cast member we interacted with. Unlike Topolino's there was a great atmosphere in the restaurant, a buzz of people having fun but without being too noisy and still having the fine dining feel you'd expect at the Grand Floridian. When I told our server Marion I had a dairy allergy and was vegan he enthusiastically told me about the options. He asked the sommelier about the wine and told me which Cocktails were safe. Water and bread was constantly refreshed and he checked on us regularly. Food was great. I had the mushroom arancini and rigatoni and shared the smoked cauliflower with Kate. She had the duck tagliatelle and the mahi mahi. This with a bottle of wine, a Cucumber martini and tip came to $240. The same price Topolino should have been, but a far superior meal and more enjoyable experience.“
“Love it here however your "free" donut is not actually free when you get a strike with the pink pin. That's false advertising. Those donuts aren't cheap and we had to buy two to redeem our two free. You might want to change it back to the old way. I've won before and it wasn't like this.“
“I will give this place credit for being interesting and making pretty drinks and foods that are probably an Instagram dream. However, the multiple times I’ve stood in line is just not worth it. Firstly, and I may be an island here, the pineapple cream cheese roll is disgusting. Probably just not my taste but I thought it was the worst. The cinnamon roll was stale. The drinks look pretty but there’s clearly almost no alcohol in them. You’d get diabetes before you’d ever get even a buzz. When you’re paying cocktail prices, that bugs me (no pun intended haha)“
“I love coming to this place and always order lunch or dinner. The prices are a bit expensive for the chicken tenders compared to other places but they taste amazing. The fine and incredible taste of the tenders and fries is amazing and I definitely recommend trying this place out.I only have one complaint, the tables can sometimes be a bit sticky and/or dirty so please check on your tables a bit more often.“
“I went to Refreshment Port during the Epcot International Festival of The Arts that continues through February 19th. There was a long line around noon with everyone waiting for a festival food. I got the Traditional Poutine and when I ordered they called the chef to ensure it was gluten free since the foods can change slightly from day to day. It was a little saltier than I normally like but a fun food to try!“
“Stayed with some friends for a quick two-night stay - we've always wanted to try Old Key West and it's a cute resort. The villas are some of the largest on Disney property since this was the original vacation club resort - the four of us had plenty of room and a large balcony overlooking the golf course. It was a fairly stormy weekend so we didn't visit the pools but Olivia's offers tasty food and The Gurgling Suitcase is a must stop for an afternoon beverage. Due to earlier drought conditions the boats between OKW, SSR, and Disney Springs weren't running, but we were able to use the buses to get to where we needed to be. Overall it's a charming resort in a good location - the only issues we encountered were the usual ones related to ongoing staffing shortages.“
“World of Beer is our favorite place to visit when we're in the up-and-coming O'Town West / Disney area of Orlando. I would describe the location as being a trendy bar in nature, but there's also plenty of TV's inside to watch the games. The craft beer selection is constantly rotating, and they do a great job of finding unique locally sourced beers to fill the coolers with. I would estimate that they have over 200+ beers on any given day. The quality of the food is phenomenal. Almost everything we have ordered appeared to be made from scratch. My personal recommendation is the wings, burgers and flatbread pizzas. We prefer to sit at the bar when we go and service is always top-notch. I can't say enough great things about the bartenders and management (Jose, Jigh and Arley?). They make great recommendations and allow you to sample the drafts. If you're looking to save a few dollars on your visit, or view the beer selection, I would also recommend that your download the World of Beer App.“
“We were over the fast food burgers and pizza and needed some veggies and tofu. Found this gem on Happy Cow and immediately headed over. Enjoyed a delicious teriyaki bowl with tofu. It was also nice to eat on the patio with the car show happening on the street.“
“Carlos is awesome. Lana was great too but Carlos made sure we were taken care of every night during our confidence stay. I can't say the same for the rest of the staff Drinks were expensive but the ambiance was great for night or with my wife and I was well as a business outing with colleagues. Apps and food were worth the wait“
“I recently had the chance to dine at the Lakehouse Bar & Grill, and it turned out to be quite the delightful experience. This place is a hidden gem, offering a charming view of the lake that adds a serene backdrop to your meal. It's one of those spots that instantly puts you in a good mood, thanks to its picturesque setting and laid-back atmosphere. The drinks we tried were spot-on. Whether you're into cocktails or prefer something non-alcoholic, they've got you covered with a variety of choices that are as refreshing as they are delicious. It's always a plus when a place pays as much attention to their drink menu as they do to their food.Speaking of food, it didn't disappoint. Everything we ordered was tasty, well-presented, and hit the spot just right. It's clear they put a lot of thought and care into their menu, aiming to please a wide range of palates. Our server was the cherry on top of an already great evening. Cheerful, funny, and with a hint of a cheeky British accent, they made our dining experience even more enjoyable. It's not every day you come across a server who can genuinely add to the enjoyment of your meal with their personality and service. All in all, the Lakehouse Bar & Grill is a cute spot that's definitely worth checking out, whether you're a local or just passing through. Good drinks, good food, and a great atmosphere, complemented by excellent service, make it a place I'd happily recommend to anyone looking for a nice meal with a view.“
“Actually one of our favorite quick service places. We’ve eaten here before. It’s one of the most comfortable quick service restaurants on property. Nice calm interior, not as bright and flashy as other places. It’s fully enclosed too so the air feels great on a hot day. This trip I had the buffalo chicken grilled cheese and enjoyed it. Last time had the chicken club and liked that too. Others in my party had shrimp tacos and pork tacos and they enjoyed them. Can refill your fountain beverages. Great quick service spot.“
“We had a lovely time. The drink menu is fun and creative; perfect for the setting. My only suggestion is carving off one of the many seating areas as adults only. We struggle with poorly-behaved children at luxury hotels. Seems like it's more common than other places...Dietary restrictions: They handled my wife's food allergies really well.“
“Ordered Primo Piatto Breakfast for $11.99. Very affordable and Delicious breakfast with a fair portion. Includes Scrambled Eggs served over Mascarpone Polenta with a Sweet Brioche Roll served with Bacon and Italian Sausage!Clean place, friendly staff, beautiful atmosphere. Also spotted Pluto after my breakfast at the hotel.“
“We came in late after a day at Magic Kingdom. It took 20 min to get seated (party of 10) but once seated, our service was impeccable. Our kids were happily occupied by the markers and paper at the kids tables. Lea was our server and brought waters before we asked, served our food and drinks quickly and pleasantly. Food was great, delicious and hot. Love the ambiance here and the genuine kind service, highly recommend Letterpress!“
“Had Bianca and Stephanie as my waitresses, 10/10 experince they were very lovely and funny as well as accommodating and friendly. The food was amazing, I got the chicken and waffles with the raspberry butter and Sriracha maple syrup and it was the best I’ve ever had. The vibe is amazing,we came in the morning and it wasn’t too crowded, very friendly people and adorable decor, would highly recommend this place.“
