“Dunkin Donuts at this location is a small restaurant in Clearwater Beach. Kim was the lone employee on duty and she did a fantastic job handling multiple orders. The food was hot and tasty. The atmosphere of any Dunkin Donuts is bland so that is consistent. Overall a good experience and will go back.
Went there again at noon on a Tuesday and customer service was outstanding.“

Let me tell you Antoine made me THE BEST iced coffee, and customer service I have ever received at multiple locations. “Great service by PENNY today who patiently waited while I decided on a beverage and she helped me with my app. Great decaf coffee here with a standard donut cookie! How cool! So glad i chose inside rather the drive thru to find pet toys and take home bagged coffee\nThe venue is wheel chair accessible with accessible tables and chairs, and men's and women's accessible restroom. Wheel chair van access and standard parking in free lot shared with one other venue, and anti slip curb cuts.“
“EDIT: Officially editing my review from 7 years ago (Will remain at the bottom) where I gave them 1 star. They have really turned this location around. I've been to hundreds of Dunkin locations all over the country including Massachusetts for 15 years where Dunkin Donuts is the life blood. They have all let me down at some point. Whoever took over this location in the last year or so, or the employees they hired.... Bravo. After 30+ times of doing mobile ordering at 6 am they have not once got my order wrong. It's been the best coffee I've ever had from Dunkin every time. They tell me every day, by name, to have a nice day. They care about their job and it shows. Corporate needs to step up and utilize that staff as an example to other locations.
(Old 1 Star Review,)Been here 10+ times. Don't know why I go back. Unable to make coffee correctly, sandwiches are cold. I've had to turn around after trying my coffee multiple times to bring it back. Sadly it's not just this Dunkin, they all are just as bad.“
“Was greeted warmly by Jay who was very understanding in providing us with a drink they no longer have. It is my daughter's bday and she really wanted a Dunkaccino. He made that happen with such a great attitude. She's a happy camper today and so am I. Easily one of my fave Dunkins to go to now. Thanks Jay!!“
“Had to drive around these buildings at least two or three times just to find this Dunkin' Donuts, which was in one of the buildings. All that you could see is the drive-thru window. As with anything, prices are high a medium drink of iced coffee $7. Don't get me wrong, it was good. The crew forgot my napkins forgot straws forgot condiments. I had to ask for everything.“
“This was a completely different experience than yesterday’s Dunkin at another location. We went through the drive thru and had a small hiccup with our “points” app but they figured
it out and were so friendly. They even gave us napkin “cup holders” for our drinks. I loved the thoughtfulness! Thank you for starting our day with a smile and thoughtfulness.“
“Quick early am coffee while family slept in. Consistent DD flavor and service. Coffee was hot, that's a big plus for coffee drinkers, which you'd think you shouldn't have to say, but sometimes you do. It was "hot in here"!!“
“The best Dunkin in town. Deanna is my morning gal! Every morning, 0500am, Mon-Fri, she's there ready to get my coffee. She's consistent, always a smile, and I know I can count on her being there and opening the store by 0500am. The other Dunkins in town? Not so much. “I go to this Dunkin' Donuts almost every morning before work. Your employee, Jennifer, who usually works the morning shift during the week, is one of the nicest and happiest Dunkin' Donuts employees I have ever encountered in my 25 years of going there. I appreciate people who are always so positive because, in this world, most people are not. To see her smiling face every morning definitely helps. Please ensure she is recognized; she deserves it—working the morning shift is not easy.“
