“A group of 5 of us were staying at the Airbnb next door this past week and had such a great time popping into Reefers. We were there almost every night. The bartenders were great (special shout outs to Steve, Sarah and Trevor) and they took excellent care of us as well as the other bar guests.I definitely recommend stopping in for Trivia on Wednesday hosted by Eric, everybody really enjoyed it (Team Your Dad 4eva).All in all, great atmosphere, reasonable prices, excellent service and an all-around good time. “First time visiting OCC. There to celebrate a birthday. Reserved a table online (fast and easy) and we were seated upon arrival. Our server was the ever popular Capt. (?) Tim. He was very professional and friendly, but also had us laughing and feeling like family by the end of the night. The food was delish!!!! Prices were very reasonable. Looking forward to coming back. “I've lived in Clearwater forever and have gone past the Rumba for years. It wasn't until my long time friend wanted to do a birthday lunch and told me to pick the place. We had Sangria 2 for 1, with fried grouper bites, excellent! Lightly battered, not greasy, yum. Then we had the barbecue pork with sauce on the side, so good. Our waiter Jarred was the best, we weren't sure of the sauce we wanted he brought us two small samples. We had slaw and black beans on the side. Our afternoon was the best, good food, and great service. Thanks Jarred for your suggestions, personality, and prompt service throughout our lunch, it made for a memorable birthday.“

“Second time here,the first time was a Saturday and service was great they had a few workers and everything was great. Today on a Monday 2 workers they seemed very overwhelmed but very kind and kept apologizing to everyone. Obviously they need more then two workers. People are on vacation even on Mondays. One guy waited pry 20 minutes for his iced coffee. My cold brew wasn’t even a full cup $5.50. Still good and I’ll still come again but I sure hope management makes a change and gives the two girls working this morning 5/22 @ 10 am a bonus as they are working hard and the line is going out the door, some are leaving. To top it off the bathroom is out of order.“

“I was extremely happy with my catering order for 10 people. All of the trays were hot, labeled and packed securely. I appreciated the inclusion of places, napkins, utensils and condiment packets. I would recommend both dining in and catering. The portions are large and the food is well-seasoned. Breakfast can be bland but Another Broken Egg Cafe does it better than most. Great place!Kid-friendliness: There is indoor and outdoor seating depending on how rowdy the kids are, or if you prefer ample room around your table.Wheelchair accessibility: There is handicap parking directly across from the front doors and a ramp from the parking lot to the doors is wheelchair accessible. The restaurant itself has no steps, but the tables are extremely close and aisles would not fit a wheelchair without prior notice. Even walking, I had to turn sideways to squeeze through the dining room to the restroom.“

“Used to be Better I hadn’t been to Wildflower Café for quite a while, so decided it was time to return. I was there for a quiet, solo breakfast. The atmosphere is always very nice and the servers are pleasant. I got the French Toast Sampler. I guess I should have asked more questions, but I just went with the name on the menu. This French Toast is really a Pain Perdu. Several layers of bread are squished together and soaked. The middle is, inevitably, soggy and mushy. Obviously, some people like this presentation—I do not. The Applewood bacon was meh (I wish they had some other meat options) and the eggs were eggs. Maybe I’ll give them a try again—for old time’s sake.“
“So Close I’m on a mission to find the best breakfast in mid-Pinellas County. Remy’s is right up there, but just shy of being the best. The café is clean, nicely decorated and welcoming. Staff is pleasant. Air conditioning and fans, unfortunately, blow down, cooling the food too fast. I got the standard thing: 2 eggs scrambled (fine), ham (delicious and one of the best) and grits. Why are grits the downfall of so many local cafes?! Texture was OK, but they were bland! I upgraded the included regular toast to French toast. This is one of the best French toasts I’ve had in these parts. While the bread slices were thick, they were properly cooked and not soggy in the middle (woohoo!) There was even a slice of orange on the plate (albeit dried out). Coffee was, by café standards, strong and good. The correct score should be 4.5 stars, but I’ll gladly round up because of the ham and French toast. Sooo close—just fix the grits.“

The salmon salad, blackened grouper sandwich and burgers were phenomenal. We really enjoyed the grouper appetizer with the signature potato curl style fries . Lindsay was a sweet and attentive server. The deck provided a wonderful atmosphere with a gorgeous view.The parking is a little challenging. If you are staying at a resort close by, definitely walk if you can. Even if you can’t stay, grab something to go. You won’t be disappointed.“
