“A wonderful little gem is Buona Ristorante. While on vacation, my family and I were searching for a nice location to eat, and this restaurant immediately came highly recommended! Due to the establishment's popularity, there was a wait, but the food was excellent. Diana, the restaurant's owner, was amazing and incredibly amiable. We ate the pizza, which was delicious! However, there are plenty of meat and pasta dishes. The prices are really fair. All things considered, this was one of our favorite restaurants that we visited while on vacation. The sweet potato tots were freaking delicious. Service was great. Have gone back a few times already and it's been just as good. It was even good when they had just opened the doors & there wasn't a soul in there but the owner. Definitely worth checking out. “I have been wanting to go to one of these places ever since my favorite bingsu place closed down in Tampa after Covid. It's really hard to find this type of shaved ice. The texture is just right. Soft, melts in your mouth. The flavor is subtle and not overly sweet and the toppings aren't overwhelming but compliment the shaved ice well. I got the halo-halo which is very reminiscent of the dessert and Mexican candy which was spicy, sour, and tangy. Both different flavor profiles, probably on the opposite spectrum, but both very delicious! I'm looking forward to the one opening close to Brandon in Bloomingdale really soon! The inside was also very nice with penguin motifs.“
