“This is by far, the BEST restaurant in the Davie/Plantation area. I’ve been coming to this restaurant for over a year and all the food is so full of fresh flavors, generous portions and extremely friendly and attentive staff and management. The manager Tan always goes out of his way to accommodate every guest and makes everyone feel like a part of the family. The servers are attentive to detail, very warm and provide quality service! Best food on the menu: pineapple fried rice, red snapper, pad woo sen and of course the traditional pad Thai. The sushi is fresh, vibrant with a lot of variety and choices. The curry will have you coming back for more! You won’t regret a visit from this restaurant!“

“Planta Queen on Las Olas is absolutely amazing. We ordered takeout (because it was Easter Sunday, and restaurants are packed!). We ordered seven different dishes, and we were blown away by each and every one. This fully vegan restaurant offers mainly Asian food that is fresh, beyond flavorful and totally different from your local Asian restaurant. They offer whole food items, no processed food, very fresh and unlike anything you've ever tasted before. Yes, they are expensive. And worth every penny. My taste buds had a real blast!! SO GOOD!!! It is a small chain with about 20 locations - many of them in Florida, but we're so glad there's a location near us!!! Try something truly different and so delicious for a change!!“

“KUBO is gem, especially for Asian cuisine lovers. The service was quick and efficient. The place decor was standout and positive energy. The diverse menu impresses, but the sushi steals the show. The Super Saiyan roll was a standout, bursting with flavor and creativity. Additionally, the naked oysters were exceptionally fresh, with a delightful Asian twist from the yuzu citrus tartare, which was both zesty and refreshing. Every dish was thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented, making KUBO a must-visit for an exquisite dining experience. Highly recommended!“

“Amazing amazing ramen. The tonkotsu pork broth is So rich and seasoned. As a ramen enthusiast, this is one of the bests I've had. Pork dumplings... so juicy, flavor was fresh and savory. For dessert get the crepe cake. There's no way you won't love it. Our server Quinn was fantastic as well and the restaurant has a very nice atmosphere! 10/10“

“This place is absolutely fantastic. The atmosphere is very nice. The decor inside and outside was bright and energetic. They had swing seats that were adorable and fun. I had the birria tacos as well as the chips and Pico de Gallo. The chips were made in house and tasted phenomenal; so crisp. The birria tacos were soooo good. They were packed full of flavor and paired well with the sauces. I highly recommend going here. The only downside is that they do not accept cash; it is card and online payments only.“

“Wow, this place is awesome. I just moved to the area after many years in Miami. I was craving ramen and decided to try this place. I was extremely impressed with the food. I split ramen with my wife and steamed pork gyoza. Will definitely be back to try other dishes. If other dishes are this delicious, I will divorce my wife and marry the chef.“

“Unbelievable service. After a long draining day, Itay (our server) (also a lovely virgo) treated us with the extreme gentleness and attentiveness which invigorated us again. We enjoyed our salmon nigiri and miso glazed salmon after our egg drop soup appetizer. For wonderful service and good portions of food, come here for a relaxing supper.“

“My family has been coming here for years, since Cebiche Bar’s seating area was only half the size, and we can always rely on getting an authentic bite of Peru each time we visit. Everyone who works here is warm and welcoming and can surely recommend a great dish if you are intimidated by the wide selection.“

“Just one block south of Hollywood Boulevard, this small Mexican-Asian Eatery packs a big punch. From their delicious vanilla horchatas to their bowls, you are sure to find something you will like.As soon as I was seated I was greeted and brought a small glass of cold water (big points!)I got chips and salsa to start. It came with homemade chips that, although in the thicker side, were freshly fried and salted. The small wooden tray also included red salsa and guacamole. The guacamole was fresh! A little more lime for my taste but delicious nonetheless. The menu offers tacos, quesadillas, bowls. But some feature an Asian twist so why not try something different? I went for the tuna crudo bowl. The bowl came with cilantro-lime rice, yellowfin tuna, kimchee sauce, cucumber, sliced avocado, cilantro, fresh jalapeños and cumin-lime crema. The tuna is the clear star of this dish! Now I need to try their tuna crudo tacos!!I also ordered a side of their black beans which needed just a pinch of salt but other than that, they were very good.Service was friendly, prompt and courteous.I will definitely be back to try some of their other items on the menu.Parking: There is street parking around. Depending on the time, and day, you may have to walk a bit more than others“

“So I do love the setting, and the food is amazing, how ever maybe change the face when you first walk in. The lady today at 12 pm on Jan 11 was so nasty and rude. She literally made me feel so uncomfortable. So much so that I may not go back. I spent $100 on food and all I asked for was some soy sauce and mind you the whole time. She was kind of rude to me anyways so all I asked for was soy sauce for my food that I spent $100 on and she tells me oh it’s in the back so I just wanted a little extra soy sauce I do like soy sauce so when I asked for a little extra she gave me two packets and I said well can I have just a little more please and she says well how much more do you want, so I said about six or seven please and she said six or seven??? And it was so rude. She did not want to give me the soy sauce to the point where she went and asked her manager if it’s OK if I have six or seven soy sauces after I just purchased $100 worth of food absolutely not OK, especially when your guises food is so expensive how it is I cannot say that I will go and eat at this restaurant again or order from there.“

“Definitely an awesome place for Thai food. It wasn't just the food, the waitress and chef were fantastic. Their special fried rice is an item you need to try, it has chicken, beef, pork and shrimp. Nicest part, all the meats were cooked separately and garnished the rice in sections so if you didn't want one of the meats, you didn't have to take it. We were there with our granddaughter and husband and we each got something different and we all loved what we got. The portions were generous and very tasty. Too bad I didn't have my phone, thus no pictures. The chef came out to see if our meal was satisfactory and invited us back. Absolutely, we are going back before we return North. Don't wait, you need to judge for yourself.“

“About my fifth time here, last night with my husband. One of our very favorite restaurants in south Florida. Cool but unpretentious atmosphere. Attentive and knowledgeable service (wish I could remember our wonderful server's somewhat unusual name- sounded like “Yu-lis”?) The food is consistently excellent-we had, for the second time, the half-duck with mooshu pancakes-perfectly cooked and flavorful meat with the crisp, fresh scallions and a perfect hoisin sauce. We always order one fried rice dish, which unlike what you often get at Asian restaurants, was not like a greasy leftover but was lightly fried with eggs that they chop up throughout the dish , fresh vegetables and, last night, good firm shrimp. The hot and sour soup had that perfect flavor balance. We had shrimp dumplings-probably our third time-and love the moderately hot sauce with those. We have had a variety of sushi and sashimi dishes in the past, all excellent and wonderfully fresh. We don't normally order dessert but last night we had the ice cream trio and tried two new ice creams. One was ginger and the other was black sesame. They were both excellent with a surprising texture and delightful strong flavors. Oh, and of course I always have a glass of sake. They don't serve hot sake, but their cold are excellent and the perfect accompaniment to their food. I enjoy the Buddha light show-very calming. We have eaten both indoors and outdoors on the patio-outdoors is a bit more casual but we enjoy both. Only negative that I can think of is a somewhat frenetic Valet service to get our car, but on the other hand, it's convenient since you step right out the door of the restaurant to the parking area. I obviously highly recommend this restaurant. And for my husband and myself, we will be regulars.“

“I had another great meal here. The assortment of kimchi starters was spicy and delicious. The pork dumplings were huge and so filling I almost couldn’t eat my entree. They were delicious. The Korean bbq short ribs came out in a sizzling cast iron pan on a wooden boat shaped pan. They were tender, flavorful and delicious. Excellent service from the waiter and waitress. Definitely will return soon!“

“We ordered the bogo bulgogi special, garlic fried rice, and two boba teas for delivery today, and it was great. Food came fast, everything tasted nice and fresh, and I’ve got plenty for lunch tomorrow (although I might just finish it as a midnight snack)! I’m looking forward to going in person, because all the pictures of the interior look so cute. I wish it had come with a slightly larger side of kimchi, but I’d be happy to just pay for a side of it next time. Also, I’m including photos, but they don’t do the food justice at all. I was too hungry to take any good ones. ?“

“This was our first time, and when we walked up and saw how small it was, and that you order at the counter, we almost walked away. We were looking for a restaurant where a food server walks over and takes your order. We are so happy we decided to stay everything we ordered was so good. The portion sizes are huge so we have lunch for the next day. The photo is the red bean bun, which was awesome!“

“This place was a real surprise. I made plans to meet a friend for dinner, and we were looking for a place near The Parker before the show. Temple Street Eatery showed up in a quick search. Let's start with the basics. You get in line, order at a cash register, pay for your order before you get your food, and it's delivered to your table. This isn't the place for you if you want table service (and the corresponding tipping experience). However, if you love great food, fair prices, and a funky low-key atmosphere, check it out. Parking at most places is usually challenging, but there was ample parking here, even during dinner hour. Delightful for sure. We started with a couple of different dumplings; you can get small plates with just two, which is fantastic if you like to try different things. We ordered the veggie dumplings which were lacking flavor. However, the shrimp dumplings were amaze-maze! I ordered the Goszilla Ramen with rice noodles; you can have different types of noodles; I like gluten-free. OMG, this was mind-blowing. Really, really great. My friend had the Spicy Miso Ramen, and wow, she actually didn't speak for like 3 minutes. If you knew who I was talking about, you wouldn't believe she could be quiet that long. Now, chips on the table here, it's about a half hour ride from my place. I am lazy and hate driving in traffic (duh, you live in where?) so if I tell you that I would make a special trip just to eat here again, T R U S T M E - it's worth it. There are no tablecloths, no entertainment, no fancy shmancy stuff, just eat-as-fast-as-you-can, great food. Word to the restaurant - Your prices are fair, and I appreciate great food at fair prices. Please don't raise them because I'm really cheap and even I would come back, drive a half hour to eat with my blabber mouth friends here - just cause the food is dope. Cool?“

This is Japanese tapas place!Try their mixed salad with tasty and light dressing, Lotus roots kinpira, spicy tuna harumaki (rice paper, no rice), seabass miso, and their kushi yaki (grill): gizzard, quail eggs, shitake mushroom and not least, lamb chop hichimi yaki!!Very attentive service but too few people. I hope more people discover this quality japanese restaurant se we can come for many years to come.Do not miss it!“

“The new spicy soup on the menu is terrible, don't get it. The dumpling soup is better but they only give 3 dumplings. My only complaint other than the soup is they are really skimpy on portions. If the portions were man size, I would give 5 stars. And too much RICE! I don't eat it.“

“Alright alright yet another for you guys. We went here for brunch. First impression when we walked in... this place is empty but that didn't stop the waiter we got from welcoming us in with high energy. Let's just say we were first cause it got packed moments after. The vibe was awesome good floor layout and it looks like they throw some good events. Okay to the food. We had the bottomless mimosa which I can't remember which one I had but I believe it was the passion fruit and it didn't disappoint. We had the crab cake oh man this was great. And then the sushi was off the chain. I'm not big on sushi but here I'd come back.“

“After a long day driving we needed to have a positive dining experience…! We were not disappointed. A bit of a sleeper, since it’s located in a strip mall, but a mood was set by the charming tables outside. We were warmly welcomed from the moment we arrived inside, and the service was excellent throughout the meal. We had miso soup and a green curry Thai meal. SO delicious! And the portions were very generous.I highly recommend this place !“

“Our server wasn't totally accurate by saying Yes when I asked for Sweet Tea, then gave me Raspberry Tea. Also, getting drink refills when needed was difficult because the server was rarely around. Otherwise, our experience was great and these minor issues won't keep me from going back for the delicious variety of sushi, hot buffet, & made-to-order hibachi.“

“IshilimaI visited during happy hours and ordered- Ordered the Doki Doki with Maduro added to it as a special addition. The chili soy paper is a great light kick, the salmon and goat cheese and truffle with the maduro combination is divine especially with the avocado.- If you’re a fan of a slight kick of spice and a savory sweet flavor that complements the truffles and goat cheese I highly recommend trying the Doki Doki how I ordered it.Half roll GuavaThe Gauva is so delicious it’s such a delightful flavor to compliment a shrimp tempura roll and truly hone in on a Latin cuisine food staple with the guava and the MaduraBoth rolls were served elegantly and on such aesthetically pleasing plates and the plating of the maki was impeccable and the seafood quality was superb. “The restaurant is situated inside another restaurant called Reunion Kitchen. You come in and they walk you through the restaurant into a back room through a storage room. You feel very special as you walk through other diners. Once inside the room is very simply decorated and very clean. The server was very pleasant and helpful. The food was absolutely amazing but not on the cheap side. The drinks are also pricey but delicious. All in all I would definitely go back and I highly recommend this place.“

“In Hallandale Beach the four of us stopped by Cilantro for a Sushi dinner. This looks to be a bit of an upscale restaurant. There's a sitting area right at the front of the establishment. We probably should have sat outside as it was a bit cold inside. It's not a bad idea to have a light jacket with you when dining inside. We sat at the bar. I first got their Lychee Martini, ohh it was excellent, lightly sweet and so indulgent! We decided to get the sushi boat. It's essentially like a buffet, that's right in front of you. No need to wait between orders. This was very fresh sushi, with not a lot of rice. There was sashimi, sushi, with all kinds of fish. This massive boat was the perfect size for the four of us. We even had strangers ask if they could take a picture of our boat. We also got Miso soup, it was included with the purchase of the boat. The soup was very comforting with how cold it was inside. I would totally come here again when in the area.“

“Food and service were outstanding. We were there later on a Monday night, when it wasn't too busy. I've had Korean BBQ before (in NYC) and I thought the food was excellent (kimchi and beef bulgogi my favs). “Ducked in to check the spot out as they are new to my neighborhood and my barber suggested the Shrimp Rangoon and I wanted to evaluate whether they would be a good addition to my walking food tour downtown. So, here's the breakdown. We started out with excellent service. Friendly, nice smile, responsive. So, well done. The Crab Rangoon (6 pieces for $14.00) was outstanding! They tell me they make them in-house. Tastes like it. They were accompanied by some "dazzle" Sauce (my word) that made them a total hit.Next I had the lunch special Steak Fried Rice for $9.00. It was accompanied by their version of Yum-Yum Sauce (usually an iteration of mayo, ketchup, vinegar, garlic, sugar, paprika, and water). It was tasty. The portion was big. There was not an abundance of steak in the rice.I finished it off with a small bottle of Coke in glass. Nice, though I'm not a fan of $3.50.Excellent decor. Full bar. I will be back to try the sushi and sashimi soon, and tie on a nice Sake-Smile.See you there, Cabeza OUT!“

“Small little gem in copper city. The displays of photos on the wall made it extra special, which really added to the spot, making it more of a relaxing sociable spot. I love the Taro Boba smoothie and tea along with their stirling sushi. Very friendly staff and owners.
