“Been going to them since some of they family was young. Management lays down the law. The food is good. The menu items are good. I would recommend. Good folks. Quick and gets the job done. I would recommend. Best Chifa in the area. Just biz.“
“Just had a third delivery from Great Wall II and had mixed results.Speed of delivery great, the order was accurate and the food was nice and hot. While most of the food was great as usual, the premium item (Bourbon Chicken) was skimpy in quantity and way over-cooked. It was so over-cooked that the chicken was dry and hard to chew. I certainly wouldn't recommend it to anyone, ever! That said, the egg rolls, crab rangoon, chicken lo mein, and house fried rice were fantastic.Happy to report that my second order from Great Wall II was just as wonderful as my first. The consistency is there, the taste is great, and the portion sizes are what you want them to be. The restaurant is kept very clean, which includes the kitchen area that is visible from the front counter. Choosing between Panda Express' mediocre Super Bowl family meal, on sale for $10 off and Great Wall II, I'm glad I choose GWII.Hard to find Chinese food that's not greasy or heavily salted but Great Wall II passed the test. Ordered their Family Dinner for 4 with egg rolls, wonton soup, sweet & sour chicken, pork lo mein, chicken fried rice, and a side of crab rangoon. Aside from somewhat bland flavored lo mein, and wonton soup wontons that tasted somewhat off, everything was super delish, freshly cooked, and abundant served. Fortune cookies, Chinese noodles, and condiments were all packaged in the take out bag, which was so well packed that not a drop was spilled or grease mark left on the paper bag. I will definitely try this restaurant again. BTW, I witnessed COVID protocols and cleanliness being stringently adhered to while I was waiting for my food.“
“Recently celebrated my birthday here and my server Desiree made sure it was one to remember!! She was so kind and attentive and had the best recommendations! I can’t wait to come back. I will definitely be requesting her next time!!☺️“
“Had a great experience at Dumpling King yesterday night february 01, 2024 for my birthday is the 3rd time i been there with my husband. The food and dumplings were great along with a bubble tea drink, but most of all the young new waitress that was there i never saw her before, was the best so kind and helped me in everything she is really fast i loved that i want her to serve me next time , it was full of people and she manage with everyone alone in a beautiful manner and respect and nice smile. thats the attitude we want in a restaurant. the other the cashier a bald one it was ok but he needs more nice attitude . Its good concept to hold down the cost for this valued meals. Will be a repeat. I highly recommend this place in pembroke pine“
“Excellent experience at this kosher restaurant. Delicious food and good sized portions. Very friendly staff, they really enhanced our experience. Only 1 option for dessert.. fried ice cream.. I wasn’t keen on this. Apart from this, served great Asian food, thank you!Dietary restrictions: Kosher food“
“Had the honor to have Levi Rissman as our server this night, his service was fast and reliable and kept my, as well as the other tables around updated on their food, the orange chicken and chicken lettuce wraps were delicious and was served in a timely manner. Will be dining here again in the future. Thank you for a memorable “
“The kids always love Pei Wei, they always deliver great flavors when we are craving fast casual Asian food. We experienced great service from Michelle (Michi) in the front desk, and O.C cooking on the WOK, and Management team. Thanks for the lovely food and warm hospitality! We will be back soon!Kid-friendliness: Kids friendly menu!“
“My wife and I make the 30 minute drive from Boca Raton every Saturday. I am from New York and remember the great Chinese food in Chinatown . The Food at Hong Kong City BBQ is the closest you will find. You will find a extensive menu and a great staff. You will not be “
“Food and service is amazing, specifically Daniel has taken amazing care of us every time we go. We have multiple members in our party that are gluten-free and he assures us that he does everything possible to make sure that the dish is 100% gluten-free and we have never gotten sick. DANIEL is the best.“
“This is a good Chinese restaurant that I like to get takeout food from they have a nice menu of choices and some great lunch specials. I love their soups, eggrolls, lo mein, and chow mein. I always try to get a little variety of all of them. I always have some leftovers for another day or two.“
“I ordered the food for take out recently. I was told that they changed the ownership. The service was good, they changed couple of the recipes, they were very nice to mention if we don't like the food or the new recipe we can always let them know or make comments for their improvements. Overall they're trying to make the restaurant better in every way. I will coming back again.“
“The new spicy soup on the menu is terrible, don't get it. The dumpling soup is better but they only give 3 dumplings. My only complaint other than the soup is they are really skimpy on portions. If the portions were man size, I would give 5 stars. And too much RICE! I don't eat it.“
“This is great Chinese food. I think it's take out and delivery only now but don't let that get in the way of trying one of the best authentic Chinese food around. An inside source that delivers to local restaurants said kitchen is impressively and impeccably kept. The owner and staff are wonderful, very friendly and personable. They really make you feel welcome and like one of the family. We highly recommend this place to be your go to for great tasting quality Chinese food“
“The buffet was very organized. The sauces were in a different area categorized and described. There was a dessert bar from which we only ate a macaroon because we were stuffed. The conveyor belt was definitely a plus because you get to pick all you can eat without leaving your table. Very low maintenance. The server comes to refill tour drinks and refill your boiling pot but overall you feel like you are in your private kitchen without the hussle of cleaning and doing the dishes.“
“Very nice glat kosher restaurant in Hollywood Fl, run by mom and pops style next to shopping-mall restaurant luring diners with a large menu & kosher credentials. Clean and very spacious place. “We love this place! Took my 10 year old on a “date night” for dinner and he gave it a 20/10. I totally agree. The food was so much better than other similar places locally. The flavors were on point, the steak was nice and soft, the veggies were perfect, and the sushi was delicious. The hibachi show was soooo fun and interactive. Most importantly, the service was excellent. Good service with friendly and professional staff is so important to me and they checked all the boxes. I can’t complain at all. Love this place and we’ll definitely be back.“
“Finally, we've found a good Chinese restaurant in Pembroke Pines. It's only taken us 25 years! We stopped by for lunch yesterday, my husband had sushi 2 roll lunch special and I had the cashew chicken lunch special. Food was great, restaurant clean, price was fair and service friendly! We'll be back!“
“After hearing a rave review about Cote in Miami, which was part of Miami Spice last year, we finally decided to try Korean BBQ. Gou Lou Cheong BBQ was our nearest location. The pictures and reviews on YELP were more than enough to confirm the restaurant. Honestly, we knew about this place for years and years, but never visited due to lack of knowledge about Korean fare. Once inside, we were greeted warmly, as we perused the menu on the wall. Just so you know, the place is small, very small. Enough room for a few people to order. Gou Lou Cheong BBQ is all about take-out, not dine-in. Regarding preparation, all of the food is prepared on-the-spot. We never had duck before, so we selected the roast duck with rice and cabbage. Never had honey-roasted pork or sticky rice with Lotus leaf, so we chose those too. We received additional sauces for both orders. Both dishes were adequate as they were, so to us, the sauces were bonuses! As we stated, the pictures and reviews brought us to Gou Lou Cheong BBQ. And it is the food and the service that will bring us back!“
“Been here twice while visiting the casino. First time was just me an my husband, and second was with some of our family. We’ve ordered the egg roll appetizer, fried rice, pepper steak, beef and broccoli, and pad thai. We shared all dishes family style. That was enough for 5 people - and we are pretty big eaters. Everyone was very happy with their food! Prices were reasonable for the portions. Service and atmosphere were both also very good.“
“I should’ve taken A photo but I was too hungry. The food was sooo good. I ordered the chicken wings(all flats) and some French fries and a shrimp egg roll. My fiancé got the chicken wings as well( all flats) and pork fried rice with a pork egg roll. Everything was nice and hot. The chicken wings were perfect and the shrimp egg reminded me of the Chinese restaurants in New York ( IYKYK) lol. I will def be ordering from here again.“
“So, FIRST OFF, THIS IS THE BEST CHINESE FOOD IVE HAD ..in a long time!! HANDS DOWN! That may sound like some crazy fake BS but this is an honest review. I’ve ordered from here about 10times and this review is way overdue!! (Sorry) THE FOOD IS ALWAYS FRESH! Cooked fresh, fresh veggies, the meat is fresh, the seafood is cooked fresh...the egg rolls are fried fresh and not greasy. The Rice, they add in fresh egg and it’s so AUTHENTIC! Omggg! Delivery is fast... usually. The staff is polite, respectful... they are patient while I order and ask questions. I order all kinds of different things ... they never fail me! I truly truly love this place! A GEM! Once you try them, you will TASTE the difference. @TeamLabAuto - we are locals in the area and we love this place!“
“Best dim sum place in the area by far. If you want to experience real Chinese food, this is the place to go. Come in the morning for Dim Sum but beware it's packed on the weekends so expect a wait. The dinner is great too. Prices are fair and good value for what you get. You'll know this place is legit because lots of Asians dine here. Been a regular here for years and expect to continue as long as they're in business.P.S. If the pineapple buns are sold out, try the golden lava bun. They're just as good, if not better.“
“This is the first time I have ordered food from China Lane, and I was so pleasantly impressed with their food that I had to write a review. I ordered the Hunan Chicken lunch combination with Hot and Sour Soup and Chicken Fried Rice (replacing the Pork Fried Rice). I also ordered the Steamed Dumplings and an Egg Roll. EVERYTHING was so delicious!! And the servings were very generous.I started with the yummy Hot and Sour Soup and the crispy and tasty Egg Roll. The Steamed Dumplings and the dipping sauce were so scrumptious that I ate them all and then didn't have enough room for the rest of the food. The Hunan Chicken was deliciously savory and perfectly spicy, and the Chicken Fried Rice was so flavorful with all the right ingredients, and had so much chicken, I had to save most of the serving of both of these for dinner.Even placing the online order and the delivery, went without a hitch. Needless to say, this is the best Chinese food I have had in Hollywood, Florida.“
“I picked up wings takeout because they were the only Chinese place open on a Tuesday but I ended up finding my new favorite Chinese restaurant! The owners are so warm and nice, and I could tell they have loyal regulars. Their fried rice is so savory and delicious. Their combo meals come with an entrée, fried rice, an egg roll, and soup! Give them a try!“
“The cheinese food hands down is the best I've had out here in South Florida! I'm a huge critic when it comes to food. The flavors has not disappointed me and it's only my 2nd visit. It's packed with flavor... others I've had right off of Broward Blvd has been bland. Fried rice has not tasted authentic like Jade Flower. The Chicken wings, ribs, and house special LoMein have been 5Stars! You don't have to take my word for it... try it yourself & thank me later!“
“Hunan Wok is my go to when I am hungover or in need of a great Chinese food meal. The portions here are massive and big enough for 2 people or 2 meals. I usually get the sesame chicken and it is so good, tons of flavor. It's very greasy but when I come here I'm usually not worried about the calories. The place is very small and mainly meant for take out, it's a hole in the wall type spot but it always hits the spot. As long as you know that you aren't getting a 5 star restaurant but going in knowing you're going to get an oily meal packed to the brim you will leave happy.“
“House special rice noodles were bland but since I'm watching my sodium intake that wasn't a bad thing. The ingredients were definitely fresh so I will return this dish again.UPDATE: I went back to try my favorite Chinese restaurant dish, Singapore Mei Fun and I'm so happy I did. It's so good. Definitely going back for more. ?“
“The food is delicious and it has a nice, quiet atmosphere. It is a bit pricy and the service could be better. Every time I've eaten there, I have to wait at least 20 minutes before someone comes to the table to acknowledge me or ask me if I want something to drink, and no one ever comes around to ask if everything is ok. That being said, I do like their food.“
We'll be back!“
“我真的很喜欢这个地方。Truly, one of the best Chinese food places around. Perhaps this is because those working there are from both China and Taiwan both. The chicken and broccoli was the best I've had in a really long time, and this is coming from someone who not only is from metro NYC, but also someone who lived in China for more than a year. While they only have one small diner table and two benches, you can definitely eat there if the table is free. I had a great time chatting in Chinese with the staff, and the little son of one of the staff members. I really look forward to eating here again!“
“First time eating their food and it was amazing!! Probably the best Chinese food I've found since moving here 3 years ago. The service was also amazing, the front lady was so sweet and kind!! This is a must try if you're craving some great Chinese food!“
“Best Chinese food in South Florida hands down. The chick that wrote the fried rice is salty is delusional. I hate salty food and when I eat South Sea fried rice I don't taste the salt at all. All of their food is fantastic. Only drawback is they are not open Sundays so sometimes I am forced to use another Chinese place on the occasional Sunday and I always regret it because the others just don't measure up.“
“I've been going to this location for many, many years. The last several times we've gone for pick up, it has been kinda disastrous one way or another. From extremely long wait times past promised time in the app to sad looking meals that tasted like the gas grill, I was a bit hesitant to order tonight but my daughter really wanted quick curry. So we gave it another go and were pleasantly surprised to see a return to Pei Wei of old (of sorts). We got the Thai coconut curry chicken with a side of extra sauce which really helps, but kinda stinks you have to pay extra for, and it was tasty. The pad Thai with crispy tofu and veggies was a nice change from chicken and I can imagine the tofu being quite good fresh (not take out). Last we got the newly returned hot and sour soup, it was ok but not great and not how I remember it being before. Unfortunately for them though it seems as though business is on the decline as there was literally not one person in the restaurant on a Friday night. Hope to see this location make a turn around.“
“This place is amazing Great quality Chinese food. Very respectful customer service and let me tell you it is very affordable. I fed my whole family and we still have leftovers for the next day. I will definitely recommend this place.. Very cleanIt was “
“Am a Chinese who grew up in Singapore so I am a fierce critic of authentic Chinese food. This place is run by Cantonese Chinese (including all kitchen staff) so you get the real deal. The roast duck was juicy and surprisingly very properly done - not oily, the right amount of doneness, and slight crispy skin. Also had the Wonton Noodles, which while I’ve had better elsewhere, is considered pretty good. It came with a general amount of plump wantons. Wished I’d come earlier as the BBQ pork and roast pork had sold out. If you’re looking for authentic Chinese food, this is a place to eat at. The place is also well air-conditioned and clean. It’s hard to find such an authentic Asian eatery here in Miami that serves decent food.“
“We visited this mall for the first time and it was pretty nice! A good variety of stores and places to eat. We really appreciated the family friendly restroom and that brought me to 5/5 stars. The play area was okay, it wasn't the best and the equipment was worn down but just having a play area was nice.“
“We order from Asahi about once a week. Food is always great. We’ll order both Chinese & Japanese and have never been disappointed. If they tell you that the delivery will be 45 minutes to an hour it’s alway a lot sooner.I think this is the best Chinese Japanese restaurant aroundParking: Always plenty of parking spots available“
“I've been coming to this place for over 15 years and their fried rice is always consistently delicious. They deserve a michelin star for consistently good food and not only that but their service is always fast and they are always friendly. It is not a sit down and eat type of place it's more of a no frills takeout spot but it hits so good every time...“
“I've been to this place twice so far and each time the customer service is great. They answer calls and have a great pick up system. The gentleman with the glasses who's name I didn't catch is so kind, respectful, and efficient. It was raining when I went to pick up my order and he asked me to wait in my car. He grabbed an umbrella to bring the food to me. He even had another customer who was done with a pickup but waiting for the rain to die down before leaving. He offered that same umbrella to the guy. Customer service like this is rare and very much appreciated. I tried to tip him but he refused. The food is good. Definitely would recommend this place.“
“Get the honey chicken combo with special fried rice. Not the bucket or pricey a la carte options. Just the combo, it's the best fried rice in Miami. Biggest bang for your buck when it comes to authentic taste like home fried rice. I feared the look as the place is small and a bit dirty but WOW you never judge a book by its cover. Been loyal for years and the taste is always the best. Can't go wrong picking this place for takeout. Can't say the same about their beef tho, always go with the chicken. Chicken is fresh but Mongolian beef taste mushy and watery“
“Absolutely wonderful food and service. We were staying in the area for the weekend due to a soccer tournament and found La Paisa Restaurant… we literally ate there the entire weekend! Breakfast, lunch and dinner! The dishes are quite large, cooked to perfection and the prices incredibly affordable, I haven't seen such good prices in a long time! I recommend La Paisa Restaurant 100%- don't miss it!“
“The food here is very good. I've been coming here for years, and the food is always well prepared and presented The place is not the most good looking but ok The service I get is great, maybe because I'm a regular Prices are very reasonable I'll keep coming here“
“Decent buffet with a very pleasant atmosphere. The staff is friendly. I enjoyed the humongous fish serving and crab selection, although I was disappointed by the absence of full-ounce steaks. I assume it's due to the lack of a hibachi grill.“
“As stated the Hot & Sour soup is made to perfection (being spicy and vinegary!!). One of the specialties, the mix meat and seafood War Ba plate was simply delicious. Large aquarium makes it interesting!! Overall would recommend Helen Huang's.“
“My family and I have been going to Silver Pond since I was a young child to "yumcha" and eat dim sum. It's high-quality Chinese cuisine- so much selection from meat dishes to vegetable dishes to seafood and more. The staff there work extremely hard to appeal to all types of customers and party sizes. I would say the flooring and interior is a bit dated, but overall it still works.“
“I've gone to this restaurant 3 times in the past 2 weeks. Since moving here last August it's been very hard for me to find Chinese food. Little did I know the best Chinese food was right up the street from my house. The food reminds me of the Chinese food back home in North Carolina. Sometimes I just order just to feel that nostalgia as I haven't been home in a year. First time I ordered I got the general tso and my wife ordered the wings. The general tso was amazing but after tasting the wings I now only order the wings. Literally the best wings I've ever had in my life. They are so crispy and the flavor is perfect. They give you good portion sizes too. I was eating wings and rice for 3 days! The lunch special is amazing as well as their dinner portions. Customer service 10/10 the lady who I believe is the owner is so sweet. She even told me to never order online as they add a service charge. She said to ALWAYS just call in your order to avoid the charge.“
“Went to the area for another store and saw the restaurant. Decided to give it a taste and try it out. Location is modest, and there is a place to sit and enjoy the food. The menu is normal for every desire. The service provided was excellent, and I can assure you that on this visit, I was taken aback about how simple and servicial my time was there. The food was good and cooked well. Each dish had the right amount of heat, and the portions were excellent. The ambiance was perfect with two large TV to keep you entertained or simply enjoy eating the food. Although the restaurant sits on the side across from Publix, it is a little hidden. However, there is plenty of parking to go and enjoy a good this restaurant.“
“This is the best Chinese food around. I’m not only saying that because the food is absolutely amazing and delicious but I know for a fact they are super clean and attentive with everything. I used to work here when I was in high school so I know the cleaning and organization behind this place is impeccable. I just came back to try the food and see if it was still good and I am amazed. Honestly love this place!!“
“This is by far the best Chinese food place in the area. I saw all the other reviews about delivery. I don't know anything about that. I know when I call in my order it's usually ready waiting for me in 15-20 minutes and it's always right. Official Chinese food, fresh and delicious. The fried rice, the vegetables the crab Rangoon and everything I've ever had from here has never let me down. They have been here for years in this same hole in the wall plaza and they're still here for a reason. Don't waste your time reading them $#!+ reviews, try it out yourself and do the right thing "be a man"!!!“
“That sign in your picture is unlighted. At night, I can’t find it from the parking lot. And google walking directions took me in the opposite direction from where I parked.THE FOOD WAS GOOD.But the place is dowdy. There is an Indian restaurant two doors down. I didn’t go in, but I could see the polished glass, the gleaming silverware. And I’m headed the other way.Vegetarian options: I had the option of ordering Chinese vegetables with tofu. But I didn’t question them about what sauces they used.“
