The espresso hits like it’s late for work—fast, stressed, and aggressively competent. Then the sugar cookie flavor pops in like, “HEY GIRL, I BROUGHT BUTTER AND BAD DECISIONS.” It tastes like a Christmas elf got tired of making toys, snapped, and started a side hustle as a chaotic barista. Honestly? Good for them. The sweetness level is pure holiday nonsense. It’s not “sweet.” It’s “I just licked a candy cane and made eye contact with God.” My bloodstream became 70% cookie dough and 30% ambition. I could feel my pancreas filing a complaint. By halfway through the cup, I was ready to single-handedly decorate a Macy’s display, adopt 14 reindeer, and challenge Santa to a fistfight for dominance. And the caffeine? Let’s just say my left eye is still twitching in Morse code. Final verdict: This drink doesn’t slap. It full-body tackles you into a festive dumpster of joy. If espresso and a sugar cookie had a baby, that baby would be this drink—and it would absolutely be the chaotic cousin everyone warns you about.”

“Tonight we had our usual meatball sandwiches which included a side salad. We order this about once a week and have never,until this evening, been disappointed. The meatballs were only half meatballs, I believe were always full size meatballs,side salad with no dressing and hard, dried out bread. The only thing eatable were the half meatballs. I called to speak with the manager, I talked to Dominic who informed me we always get half meatballs, the bread was probably overcooked and he would speak to the salad person. He did offer to make a new sandwich but since there 2 of us I refused. He offered to give some credit to our card but I refused explaining that they need to correct situations and monitoring of their employees. I am sorry this happened and I must say the manager seemed very disinterested. Also it appears I was speaking to an assistant manager Dominic. I had to get this poor service off my chest.”

“I went out to eat with my Two Year Old Twins by myself for the first time yesterday (8/25/25) and decided to go to Applebees because I saw something about the new Ultimate Trio & was feeling up for it. I, for the life of me, can’t remember anyone’s names, but our server was amazing. It was before shift change & it looked like she may have been either the only server there (there may have been another, I’m not sure). We were there around 3:30/4:00. She honestly was so very kind and compassionate as I dealt with one Twin being a social butterfly (he stayed in our section, it was fairly empty & I’m very gracious to the other patrons for showing him so much love) as well as trying to feed my other Twin who was at the table actually wanting to eat. There was also a lady bussing tables who interacted my son & was so kind to him as she did her job. Moms get a lot of judgment, but everyone made me feel so comfortable & assured me I was doing a good job & sometimes it’s nice to hear that. I’m a former server & always tried to do the same when I saw Moms out with kids. As far as the food goes it fresh & hot. Great presentation and portions as well. Perfect amount of sauce on my boneless wings and the Twins loved their broccoli and chicken. We usually Ubereats or DoorDash food for convenience, but this experience made me want to come back in the restaurant.”

“I was looking for a Sushi restaurant near my parents when I was visiting from out of town. Choices in the area for sushi are few and far between. I found them on Google maps and then checked out their ratings there and on another restaurant platform. Nagoya Sushi and Hibachi has pretty good ratings out of 5☆, so we gave them a try. My parents got the lunch special scallop hibachi and they loved it. I had the Paradise roll, with the freshest fish and colorful fish roe on top and a simple yellowtail and scallion roll. I finished off my lunch with both an eel and tuna sushi(nigiri). Besides these menu items, they also do Ramen bowls, udon noodles and teriyaki. They have something for everyone. This is a gem in Davenport, FL.”

“Understand this is take out only cooked to order in their home! I pulled up thinking it was a restaurant and I called and placed a large pick up order right there and it was ready within 15-20 minutes and it was worth it!

Food was incredibly delicious and fresh. The crust was perfect and the empanadas and pastelitos were filled generously. My favorite thing is they are NOT stingy with how much sauce they give which was very delicious.

My wife is Venezuelan and also agree these were great! If we lived in the Orlando area, we would be visiting here regularly for our Venezuelan empanadas craving!

Chick fil a has always been my favorite but the staff at this store has secured my business for life.”

“Love this place, been coming for 5 years. Good portions for the price! 4 wide, thin filets with the chicken steak option. The chicken is always fresh, perfectly crispy, and immensely flavorful. Salt and pepper flavor is a classic, but the spicy flavor is balanced. I'm more of a sweets kinda girl, personally -- the plum flavor is to die for! Lots of really good flavors to choose from with the bubble tea, but I've got to say coconut, taro, and honeydew are my favorites, because I can't pick just one. I can never sing this place enough praises, so good. THE BEST bubble tea in Florida. Don't believe me? Try it and prove me wrong!”

“Was on my way home to do some shopping for my son. Taking him out to go coat shopping. Along the way, I knew I had a few minutes to spare, and stumbled upon taps and corks. I stopped inside sat at the bar, quietly snuck in on Travis while he was attending two guests that had walked in previous to myself. He greeted me with a warm. Wow! You snuck in on me, I proceeded to order a Maker's Mark old fashion with extra bitters. He asked if orange bitters was okay and being my favorite for a traditional old fashioned. I obliged. Travis made small talk throughout the visit, proceeding to encourage my exploration of the venue, and to my surprise, I was realizing how expansive it actually is. There's a perfect area on the back overlooking a beautiful small body of water, lounge chairs and a cozy atmosphere providing plenty of games such as beer pong, pool tables, dart boards, etc. And the bar is huge. Plenty of places to feel nice and comfortable in this place. Thank you so much Travis for making me feel so welcome. Thank you for your wonderful attention to detail and service standard. I will be coming back as a local watering hole guest! See you soon!”

There were a couple of bartenders/servers it was obvious who was working their ass off vs. one who had an attitude towards certain people/circumstances after a couple of interactions during my trip. The drink menu and options were great, but again, specials not explained well (It was like I was a bother because I was only ordering drinks and not food, too). The atmosphere at the pool was very relaxed and chill. Plenty of chairs, tables and beach/water areas.”

I got my Southwestern Cheesesteak in record time. The ingredients were fresh, well prepared and generous in portion size. Best of all, I had the $2 off coupon for this location.”

“anytime i want pizza this is my to go to. price is low, food is good, and the staff is on another level of great. everytime i go i dont even have to say anything they remember me and my normal order. i have tried to change it up a little and they remebered those to lol. also i can promice you when it comes to good deals on pizza your not going to find anywere else to even come close to compare. i personaly go for the lunch special but i woupd also highly recomend the wings. i would like to give a big thanks to the staff for making the place what it is and making what should be just a quick trip to grab a pizza just a little special.

“We’ve been here quite a few times when we visit the US. The first time was when hurricane Irma hit us in 2017 and even though they’d had a lot of issues due to the weather, they opened and looked after us so well then so we came back many times. Yes I love the food they do here but it’s just as much about the warm welcome we always get when we come in. \nIt is always clean and you can usually get a table quickly. The last time we came was in September 2019(before the world went mad and we were totally conned) and they were amazing. This time, the same. I love their French toast with strawberries and bananas. In fact, I’d been looking at their menu whilst still in the UK to make sure they still did it. When we got to Florida, the first thing we did was come to this IHOP. The staff were as lovely as always and we had our usual choices. They brought it out quickly and it was fantastic. After following a low carb diet for many months, this was a wonderful treat. We have been back several times this holiday and will be going a couple more times before we sadly fly home. My husband said we need IHOP to come to the UK. It wouldn’t work. Nothing works in the UK. Thanks again IHOP staff over at Ambersweet, Davenport. you are all amazing. Hope to see you all again soon”
