Food was good, but on a Saturday, they had ONE waitress to work the register & wait on everyone in the entire restaurant, including a pass through window to the Bowling Alley, within the same building. Over an hour to take our order & another 1/2 an hour to finally get served. Several couples just gave up & left. The Manager needs to find a job he knows how to do....
After the grandkids enjoyed a couple of games of bowling, we had lunch at Johnny Rockets. Love the malt shop atmosphere and great music. Very clean and bright. The kids loved their food and there was a lot of it. The smiley face ketchup dish was a big hit, too. My husband had a wonderful Philly Cheesesteak and I had the Houston Burger that was recommended and was juicy and delicious. A very affordable meal for the 6 of us. The service was great. The one man they had working in the entire restaurant was very nice. This one man had to wait tables, cook and cashier, so service is slow. I know that they are trying to change things. However, only one employing trying to do everything is not going to impress customers. If I read reviews that they are better staffed, I might try them again sometime.
