“Update: 8/22Unfortunately like so many restaurants the quality of food has diminished. We eat here about once a week and tonight the sushi quality was very poor. NEVER order the "rice-less" sushi roll as it was stale and the fish smelled bad. When we explained why we didn't eat it, the manager just acted surprised but never compensated us. The other sushi we ordered: Sake, Hamachi, Tuna was tasteless and definitely not sushi quality. Other dishes are better so skip the sushi especially if you are an experienced sushi eater and order the stir fry or noodle dishes“

“Overall the restaurant is ver nice. Good amount of tables. You can sit and order through your phone is you would like. Drinks comes out as soon as you order them and food is pretty quick too.We had the curry ramen and curry fried rice and they were both very good. The curry flavor was overpowering, which is nice in ramen.“

“I am vegan and we got the Yaki Udon Noodle without the egg and also the Thai Fried rice. Only a few items can be veganized (ask the server) but they were delicious! The tofu is so good.Vegetarian options: They have clearly labeled which items can be made vegetarian and the server knows which items can be made vegan.Dietary restrictions: They do have some vegan and vegetarian options!“
“A perfect ramen shop. The atmosphere, the staff, and the food are all just right. One of the most affordable ramen places I've been to as well. I have tried at least 7 different dishes here and all of them have been great. The shiitake mushrooms are a MUST.“
“I asked my son out to lunch and he picked this restaurant ( I had never been here before) What a lovely surprise! This was right by my house on Boynton Beach boulevard and Jog, But I had no idea they were even open! The interior has such adorable Japanese decor, and everywhere you look there's something else to see, even the Japanese comics on the ceiling! My son had been here once before and said it was the most incredible food, so I was excited. They seemed a little short-staffed as far as servers go, but there was a QR code to order on the table. The server got to us first. We started with a pork belly bao bun appetizer, then I designed my own poke bowl for lunch, and my son had the tonkotsu ramen. The food came out pretty quickly, and was so divine! That pork belly was so perfectly cooked, and was served on the fluffy little buns with some lettuce and a spicy mayo. I loved my poke bowl , but then again I did design it. Lol I was surprised on how much fish they actually put into their bowls! My son's ramen looked like a masterpiece! We are big fans of ramen so it's hard to impress him, but he said it's the best ramen he's ever had. I tasted the broth and it was very flavorful! Afterwards, my son ordered a boba tea to go, and he said it was really good. Between the whimsical decor, and the flavorful food, I definitely will be returning to Kanji Noodle bar in the near future!“
“Qwan suggested the most delicious dinner that we have had in a very very long time. I brought my son and his girlfriend for dinner for the first time and it was AMAZING!! Qwan is so sweet and smart and suggested an individual meal for each of us that was hot, fresh, full of flavor and plentiful. HUGE portions. Bao Bros Buns are sublime. Ambience is a 10. Portion is a 10. Flavor/Quality is a 10 and Service is over the top!“
