This location went above and beyond for us after a horrible experience with Uber Eats. Sparing you all the Uber Eats details…our original order had been ready for 30 minutes to an hour with no driver. We had to pick it up ourselves, which took another 15 minutes for us to get there. Outback was generous enough to completely remake our order, despite none of the errors made being on their end. It was refreshing after the other customer service experience. 10/10 for this location.
I went there with my family for my birthday everything was amazing. My center cut sirloin steak with Mac & cheese and loaded mashed potatoes sides was excellent. The service was also great, not once did I have to ask for another coke, nobody at the table had to ask for a drink. Also our consistently taken away promptly after we were done with them so we had a clear table to sit and have a conversation at. We were having our son’s destination wedding in Destin, and chose to have the rehearsal dinner here. The manager, Scott, was extremely helpful with the planning, and was very responsive to any questions, etc I had before we arrived.
