The Blue Matisse is probably the restaurant area and the Nau lounge is the bar? but they are in the same room with the same folks working both areas and the seating seems to be connected. I split the difference in rating scores here. We had dinner and while the food was great, the service was lacking. It was slow and not too inspired. Excellent food and serviceRoberto did a wonderful job even though he was slam packed with orders. I was patient and it paid off.The ceviche was so fresh and had a lot of lime zest taste to it. The fish tasted fresh and was deliciousHad the grilled chipotle sandwich and sweet potato fries. Absolutely delicious.Exceeded my expectations for a hotel restaurant

Great food and, yes, they offer custom omelets at no additional charge. We had the same server for two mornings and German was wonderful. Professional yet friendly-- and very helpful. The atmosphere was quiet when they opened at 6:30 am. I also appreciated that they used eco-friendly straws and carry-out boxes.
