We came here about three years ago and still rememred this place! Came back and the food was still great, service wonderful, and food delish!
Our table ordered wings as an app, bulgogi, and ramen dishes x 2. The bulgogi was definitely the star of the meal. Kimchi included was great (we asked for more of it and lettuce) and not too sweet which is more common and undesirable if you've eaten it in more authentic places. Good Filipino-Japanese-Thai fusion restaurant
I'm usually a bit skeptical of Anime themed restaurants, but Kubo is great! The restaurant is cute and modern. The bar looks beautiful and the seating is comfortable. The menu is large with many choices. I got an Eel poke bowl. The rice to vegetables ratio isnt perfect, but the food was fresh and delicious. I also had a fruit tea and to my pleasant surprise, it was delicious. Sometimes boba drinks are too sweet, but this was perfect. I would recommend this restaurant to any anime...read full review
