Mixed reviews about this hotel. We ended up staying here for one night because our flight had gotten cancelled so we had to rebook for the following day. Our room was clean, but the hallways smelled terrible! It smelled like wet, moldy, mildew carpet. I had to hold my breath! The staff was ok, they didn't seem indifferent from what the others posts are saying. The pool however is EXTREMELY outdated! It's needs a renovation (cleaning at least) ASAP. Clean rooms, excellent location, less then stellar front desk staff. We enjoyed a trip to Fort Lauderdale for five days in December 2023. Hotel is walking distance to several restaurants, shopping, and across the street from the beach. Prime location! A big factor for booking this hotel however was the hot tub. Beautiful hotel but house cleaning was terrible! The first day they took "some" of the trash out but didn't make the beds or clean the bathroom. I had to make 3 calls to the front desk before someone came up. They assured me we would receive a thorough cleaning the next day. It was actually worse! They didn't come at all.
