That tropical chicken restaurant is very far from the essence of this chain. I am a frequent customer of theirs, but in Miami on SW 40th, this restaurant in Fort Myers, the treatment, the dishes, the service, you walk in and the whole thing. world talking, telling stories yelling at each other you can spend 15 minutes and no one serves you, my wife ordered some churros for dessert and they were there after an hour and because we asked for them two or three times, we ordered coke...read full review
I have never had a bad meal from Pollo Tropical. I've tried a variety of different meals and they were all very good. It's hot, fresh and ready quickly. My favorite is the Cuban sandwich.
Everything is very delicious.. We always go out to enjoy as a family and this place is undoubtedly very cozy.. I don't know why they decided to put the sauces outside and be able to serve you to your liking..
