“The cashier who took my order was not the friendliest, no greeting, had no smile which she doesn't need to have but she seemed to have some bad attitude if not towards me then just in general. Maybe she was having a bad day. The lady who handed me my order was extremely pleasant and friendly, she smiled and thanked me.“

“Oh, this DD is right at the foot of the Hutchinson Island bridge.. Great place to view the beach people coming back from the island.. Some slim and tan from Ipanema.. Some painfully red all over from the Great North. It's entertaining . The coffee is.. Alright for what it is. Enjoy your selves!Parking: Depending on the time of day watch out.. “Decent location staff is usually friendly and helpful, I have had issues with it being closed when hours on website show as open and also the phone number listed not being in working condition to call and check so it wouldn’t happen again that I make an order only to arrive and it be closed but they did honor the order without any issue the next morning, otherwise they are typically pretty fast when ordering from the app and can typically place an order when pulling into the parking lot let them know at the Oder speaker and pull up to window and have my order in hand within only minutes.Parking: Parking at front of store and also extra spaces located on side and back of building.“

No issues with finding extra items such as sugar and straws ( well stocked store ) but I would have like for the cashier to have passed on my request regarding my mobile order onto the lady who prepared it so my order would have been the way I'd like it to be but other than the lack of customer to employee communication this location is great.“
“This is the only Dunkin Donuts out of the 5 I pass every morning that ever gets my order perfect and makes my coffee to how I want. I think the rest think I'm joking when I say how much sugar or I can't tell the difference from 7 to 10. But this one here makes it G-rite.“

“Every time I have come here staff has been nice and super helpful. This place gets pretty busy earlier in the day. It's a nice little walk from the theatre and some restaurants, parking can be a little tough to find. It's usually pretty clean inside, and the drinks are good but can be a little sweet depending on what you order. 4 stars because the first or second time i came i got a drink and ordered a small box of munching and ended up waiting a while, when regulars where coming in getting their orders before they even paid. I had to ask the girl for the box of munchkins.“
