“I always have a good time here. The employees are nice, the patrons are welcoming, the drinks are cold. Great place for darts. They also have karaoke on Friday nights. It's a friendly place open for nearly 100 years(!) and seems to be an integral part of the surrounding neighborhood.“

“The food overall was great. We had delicious pulled pork sandwich, bbq chicken sandwich, rack of ribs. Awesome. The side dishes were just okay. The service was slow. We sat, patiently, easily over15 minutes before someone acknowledged us to get our drinks . We ordered dinner at same time. I was getting hangry. But maybe we just timed it wrong. I will go back and hopefully not have to wait 15-20 min just to be acknowledged by a wait staff person.“

“This is a cool little Oyster Bar. We stopped with 4 adults and a 20 month old after spending the day on the Harris Chain fishing and cruising. The beer was cold and the food was great. We shared fried oysters, frog legs, raw oysters and fried shrimp. It was all very good. Our waitress paid special attention to our little guy in the group bringing him some fries and garlic bread before we even ordered. He was happy. The place is a little rustic. Don’t expect a spotless and polished place, but it was clean and the food and drinks were good. We dropped $125 for the 4 of us with a couple beers. Will be back.“

“We have had their pizza twice now and it’s delicious! The first time we tried their Bob Marley and pepperoni pizza. This time we tried their supreme and the Bob Marley (yes again lol) I’m not a fan of pineapple on my pizza but I’ll eat this one lol Their giant cookies are also delicious!“

“My parents and I are here for dinner before their bowling league and we had a great experience. They come here often but it was my first time since I'm in town visiting. I ordered the gyro platter and they ordered the chicken pita and chicken kebabs. We each loved our meals and they came out quick too. I really liked the gyro platter because it came with a fresh Greek salad, rice and tzatziki sauce. The service was really quick even though they were packed and our waitress was really nice and accommodating. I know my parents will be back soon and next time I'm in town I'd like to stop in again too!“

“There was no food truck the day we visited. But we sat at the bar and had a few drinks. The bartender was very pleasant and other patrons at the bar were friendly. And draft beer was $1.50! Possibly a 10 ounce pour, but $1.50! Don't expect fancy. The floors are plywood and the atmosphere is rustic. But cheap beer, friendly people and music several nights a week. And food trucks, if you time it right.“

“They held a benefit for me here as I have stage 4 colon cancer. I was really surprised and touched at how many of the "regulars" participated in the benefit and donated money. I haven't drank in about 5 years but if I ever started again this is a bar that I would definitely be comfortable and happy drinking in. Just really down to earth“

“One of many great spots to grab a bite, a cool drink, and listen to some live entertainment. This place has an outdoor food truck, a bar serving beer, wi e, and some assorted canned beverages. All seating is outside, but mostly shaded. Right next to a chip and putt golf course. Nice setting, good food and service.“

Challenging 18 hole Golf course from multiple tee boxes. Mature golf course has some of the tightest fairways to hit from the tee boxes in The Villages, FL.“

Two partial plates came first, no explanation, after eight minutes a couple more items appeared. The remaining two people finally got their plates as the others were finishing theirs. If the place had been packed as it had been on previous visits, we would've understood. This time, we were only one of four groups of four.“

“Our first visit. Sara was excellent and explained menu and Taco Tuesdays. She stopped by and refreshed drinks regularly and our food came out exactly as ordered. “Looks like such a hole in the wall off the Highway. It's such a cool dive bar. I've only been once but we met some really neat interesting people. I'd go back. Dark, dive and smoky but definitely was up my alley that night. Has a pool table and the bartender was super friendly.“

I'm deciding to write a review now for a particular reason. When I arrived yesterday, there were people waiting to host a seminar in the back of the restaurant. The leader of this group who I shared a waitress with was incredibly rude to said waitress many times. However, the waitress was calm & remained composed and I was proud of her for that. It's not easy being on the receiving end of someone's virtrol and she handled very well. Thank you for excellent service Tracy! And of course the food is always good!Kid-friendliness: I've taken my children in to eat here with no issues.“

“The outdoor bar has plenty of seating but is close to other tables. I enjoyed that because it allowed me to socialize with others easily! The water view is an added bonus. Jersey Frank was the musician, and he played a wide variety of upbeat familiar songs. It was very enjoyable! On both visits, the food was good, but the service was top-notch!“
