“I always have issues with orders. They are often closed without changing their hours on google or Uber Eats, so you have no idea until you get there or place the order and wait an hour for a delivery driver to go out of their way to for nothing because they’re closed and the deliver driver calls you to tell you. This last time (there have been 3 instances) really upset me because I called ahead of time (also usually useless because half the time they don’t answer even when they are open, and I was told yes they are open and I told him my order and we politely ended the call, just for my order to turn around and show up as having been cancelled by the vendor on my app. It’s good food, not the best I’ve ever had but good, an I like it to local businesses but it’s just not worth it in this case“

“Food was typical for a fast food type restaurant. It wasn't the greatest, but it wasn't the worst either. The young lady that took my order did a nice job and was very patient with me because it was my first time going to this restaurant. It was also hard to hear when giving my order because there was a car wash across the street that was very loud.“

“Oh my gosh!! When I say this place was amazing, it is quite literally an understatement. Fly Chix was the best chicken joint I’ve ever come across, and I’d definitely recommend it. The food was impeccable and fresh from scratch. In addition to that, the customer service was incredible. “I just moved to the Seffner area in September and discovered this hidden gem. Wing-stop in Seffner. Every time I go there I am greeted with a smile and upbeat attitude. “The food was great. We tried a variety of wings, Cuban sandwich, a couple salads, and the three cheese Mac. The buffalo wings were my favorite, so juicy and great spice level. We enjoyed the patio, it’s spacious with outdoor games like corhole, jenga, pool, annd more. It’s dog and kid friendly (before 10), and we happened to go when the weather was perfect. The inside is a bar setting, which is still cool with more games plus some arcade games , but we preferred outside with the kids. We will definitely be back to try the pizza. The service was really great too, the girl who took care of us was so nice. You order at the bar and then seat yourself.“

“Certainly the best old school bone in buffalo wings in the downtown and immediate surrounding area. They make a great burger that tastes like it's fresh off the backyard grill. Cuban sandwiches are also pretty tasty. Typical sports pub atmosphere with plenty tvs. They get pretty busy for the lunch crowd and insanely busy for Lightning home games. The staff does a great job of keeping up, but just be prepared to wait if you go during a busy time.“

“I have been a long-time frequent customer and was very disappointed after trying their new online order process. There was no disclaimer the order would be delivered through a meal service rather than their own drivers. I received cold pizza and soggy wings nearly 2 hours later after the new delivery service decided to drive my pizza around the area fulfilling other customer’s orders from other restaurants first, this is after it likely sat at the restaurant for 20-30 minutes after it was ready for delivery. Had I known this, I would have called in my order directly as I have done in the past. We live within 5 minutes of the store and always receive hot pizzas quickly when ordering via phone. I should have noticed the increased menu prices and realized it was to account for a delivery service fee, but I didn’t. There should be a disclaimer on your website that online orders are delivered through a contracted delivery service. When calling to get an update on the delay I was put on hold and hung up on four times before giving up.“

Walk in during shift change… I actually help the employee hold the door for them twice while I was standing in front waiting to be seated and was never even acknowledged. I let the hostess know I’ll seat myself on the outside patio after I was waiting for 5 min. After 20 min ( not exaggerating ) nobody still acknowledge me. Even though the server clearly acknowledged the regular, that was sitting right next to me and helped him out.
