“I have been to this location many times since it opened. The food is always up to McDonald's norm for quality. It comes out hot which I really enjoy (nothing more disappointing than less that hot fries and burgers or cold breakfast sandwich). The restaurant is generally clean, but they are challenged by the number of kids that pass through after school releases each day. “Found this place 4 years ago when myself and my husband bought a house. We stopped by one afternoon and have been going here a few times a week ever since. Wonderful, down to earth people from all walks of life. I've made several friends here in the 4 years since we found it. Kate is one of the most amazing people with an amazing family. She is truly compassionate about her customers, accommodating, funny, sweet, hard working, loving and puts everything she has into everything she does. Her husband Larry is equally amazing. “Went for the first time for trivia night (on Tuesdays) and it was such a blast! My husband and I sat at the bar and TJ was so friendly and attentive. “Love this little gem in Tampa. Have been here on 4 separate occasions and will absolutely be back. The drinks are always delicious, both brunches and dinners were very tasty. Some of my favorite items were the Fred's Roasted Chicken and Buttermilk Bacon Wedge salads. Brought my husband here for a date night one evening and he liked it a lot as well. Unique place that has New York City vibe. Not a large menu, but enough to be able to choose items anyone enjoys. Service is always great starting from hostesses ending with servers and I absolutely love that they had multiple employees sign a card for me wishing me a happy birthday. Got drinks right away. We all ordered their burgers! And we were all very pleased! The burgers were tasty and super messy!!! Full of flavors!The only downside was when we all needed refills on our drinks.... our server was nowhere to be found!!! “I first knew about Village Inn in Omaha, Nebraska so imagine my surprise when I came to Florida. I first visited Village Inn in clearwater and then for whatever reason, it shut down and then another one on Dale Mabry and that became some other establishment, so I started coming to this one closer to Kennedy also on Dale Mabry. I was happy to see a familiar face from another location named Rosie-an amazing human being with a heart of gold. Another familiar face is Brenda and Brenda is an amazing server with super service and high attention to detail. Now Village Inn at this location can up it's game a bit by interior updates for a more pleasant dining experience. Most of the servers are exceptional such as GG, Tiffany, Sharonda, Holly, Denise, Brenda, Danielle, Angie, Jackie and Annette. GG is by far my most favorite because she is attentive, always has a smile on her face, and goes the extra mile to deliver a wonderful experience. I am a regular here and visit Village Inn when Im in town-Wish they had Village Inn in NY, NJ, CT, PA, and VA with at least one GG in each location. GG is high energy and super at her job as she takes a lot of pride in what she does and she takes her job very seriously. GG has a high attention to detail, gets every detail of my order and usually knows what I like before I ask just the way I like it. Without asking, GG is usually on top of her A-game and replenishes empty drinks and always has a smile on her face with a wonderful small talk exchange in a proactive manner. GG is a strong asset to Village Inn as a high energy server and pleasant to talk with. Tiffany is much the same way and Tiffany is super chill as well. On the same note, Ive had absolutely atrocious service by someone who forgot to give me utensils, brought the wrong dressing, and apologize for being distracted by another table to the point I had to ask for another server. I get it some people are having a bad day and got distracted we are all human . Awesome set of managers such as Joie, Rosie, Denise, and Cherie. At random times, I always pay for any law enforcement in appreciation for all they do as well as other tables just cuz. Food is fresh and tasty for most selections as well as customizing food the way I like it such as avocado salad, avocado toast, and other types of dishes done in a certain way.“

Brian, the assistant manager came over and gave us some tips on local places to go and things to do. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I've gone thru Dunkin Donuts drive thru on Dale Mabry a few times and have had to wait until they got done yelling and joking with themselves to take my order. Kaitlyn, the store manager, took my order promptly when I walked in and bagged the food immediately after it was made. You can tell also that the sandwiches contain fresh grade I meat. “I always have issues with orders. They are often closed without changing their hours on google or Uber Eats, so you have no idea until you get there or place the order and wait an hour for a delivery driver to go out of their way to for nothing because they’re closed and the deliver driver calls you to tell you. This last time (there have been 3 instances) really upset me because I called ahead of time (also usually useless because half the time they don’t answer even when they are open, and I was told yes they are open and I told him my order and we politely ended the call, just for my order to turn around and show up as having been cancelled by the vendor on my app. It’s good food, not the best I’ve ever had but good, an I like it to local businesses but it’s just not worth it in this case“
