“Driving West bound on 98 just past the Zoo is this hidden gem. An independently owned and operated eatery specializing in burgers, dogs. Wings and brew. 19 different beers on tap. I had the 15 count wings with Angry Audrey sauce. It is BBQ base integrated with spice.(Audrey would not tell me the secret) Much different than what you find at the national and regional chain. Audrey recommended I stay at that level of heat and she was right. They were good size (bigger than BW3) and tasted great. Also for those like me with peanut allergy, they use canola oil.If you are driving fast you will miss the whole strip mall. Highly recommend trying Fancy Yancey's.“
“This is absolutely the BEST Coffee Shop! In just a few days I was happy I found it. Others are just clueless how to make an excellent latte, but they also create the best iced Chai EVER! It's hard to get friendlier or kinder than the staff. Great bunch. It's such a cute place too, I do wish I would of had time to just chill. Definitely will be my regular stop on our next trip.“
“Delicious turkey, bacon on sourdough with great tomato soup. Simple nut great. Brownie was so, so, would have liked it richer chocolate(never too much chocolate). Also had flavored latte. Was great and better price than well known coffee place I usually visit.Parking: Lunchtime so a bunch of cars but still parked close“
“Wild Thistle has been a blessing to our family. Christina is a very patient, compassionate, and knowledgeable therapist. She has been a truly wonderful help to our son. I highly recommend at least an initial appointment. You won't be disappointed!“
“Love the fact that the entire facility is gluten free. Cute location. Good coffee. But wasn't blown away by cornmeal waffles. Just different and a little heavy. My favorite one was the one with cherry tomatoes and pimento cheese. GF husband said the blueberry muffin was good.“
“This is the my great grandma cooked chicken and fried pork. This is the way. Of you haven't tried this place, well... you need to go. You will want to come back again. I promise. The Mac n cheese, yummy! Okra, the way I remember.“
“We ordered Chrisoulas mini cheesecakes for our wedding dessert and our guests loved them! This is a local small business run by a very sweet husband/wife team that took their time with us to make sure everything would turn out perfect. They have a great selection of flavors and offer many different sizes. I’ve had their cheesecake many times prior to our wedding and they never disappoint. Highly recommend!!“
“This is a wonderful little local bookshop and cafe. My wife loved everything about it from the cute book themed gifts to the book selection and recommendations from employees. We parked in the garage just south of the shop. If you park there go into the bookshop and give them your license plate number so you can park for free.“
“After moving from San Diego, I’ve been having a difficult time finding good vegan food. I’m so glad my friend recommended this place. The food was incredible. My girlfriends had the knuckle sandwich, muffuletta, and I got the lions mane. I think they lasted 15 seconds on the table. 10/10“
“Quick to be seated and quick service even while busy. The food was delicious, especially the grits. The table next to us got the blackberry lemon cream french toast and it looked so good I almost took a bite when he got up to use the restroom.“
