One of the worst places to work and eat management is horrible treat employees bad yells at them talks about them to other employees in Spanish. Kristen garren one of the managers there treats everyone bad talks down to them in front of customers would recommend eating elsewhere!!!

The cashier lady thought we don’t speak English and told her colleague that “she/he doesn’t speak English, just smile..” like we were idiots. This rude behavior is unacceptable. When we said goodbye they didn’t even react. The food was ok, but because of the customer service I do not recommend it.

I walked into the bathroom the other day, and there was an underage, very small girl in the bathroom cleaning up blood and human feces. I asked why she was doing it, she told me that her manager said she didn't have a choice and that she would be terminated if she didn't clean it. Under hardees corporate protocol, a minor may not clean up any human bodily fluids, and under Osha, any person who has not received training is allowed to refuse to cleanup a bodily fluid and cannot be threatened with termination. I've already called Osha and reported the company along with the acting manager that Mindy who is the one that told her "she didn't have a choice". This is a gross mis-use of power and horrible treatment of employees, I hope this manager is terminated or demoted, and I hope this young girl gets a sincere apology from management!

Ordered breakfast platter and paid for it-After 15 minutes waiting was told they had no gravy.I canceled and ordered a breakfast sandwich combo- which took another 10 mins.By that time breakfast was over and my sandwich was fresh as I had to wait for it- but they were low on hash rounds and I got a few cold potatoesIn the order.There seemed to be a lot of disorder with theCounter staff and only one cook - I believe one person was new and in training. Regardless-25 minutes to get my order was way too long to Wait in a fast food restaurant.

Visited this location today at 1:06 p.m. for us to grab a quick bite the on our way through we ordered two burgers two drinks in one french fry came to $30 I had asked at the window is there sauce on the Nashville hot chicken sandwich and they said no it's a powder on receiving this there was obviously sauce on it so I drove back through the drive-thru young man Anthony D who took our order said no problem come up we'll fix it I get to the window and greeted by the most unfriendly manager I think I've ever dealt with she was then very very rude to me and then very rude to my husband at this point we are both very mad and I asked for my money back she asked for the receipt now mind you it only been 2 minutes in between getting my food and driving back around but my receipt was somewhere in the truck and I wasn't looking for it so at this point my husband is very angry and said epic we're done so we left there she kept his sandwich by the way I did not eat my burger because it was absolutely disgusting and they had not put what I asked for it on it I have never been treated so poorly by management staff in all my experiences of Hardee's for this woman to treat us this way was unbelievable the level of rudeness this woman I believe her name was Mindy not 100% sure of that she should not have a job as manager certainly shouldn't have been standing in the window as though she was about to go six rounds with Muhammad Ali I at no point was upset or rude until she got mouthy I am absolutely looking for some sort of response from the owner of this restaurant not corporate none of that because if you believe this is management material you need to find a new job as well

Ordered a chicken biscuit meal yesterday at the drive through. It was greasy and cold. I went back to return it, stood at the counter for a few minutes until I was acknowledged. The young lady asked what I wanted, I replied I wanted to return the food and get a refund, she told me I’d have to wait. I asked her why and she said because I don’t know what it is. I showed her the receipt, at that point she turned around and was talking to the lady in the back cooking food for about 10 seconds. The lady in the back yelled out in a nasty tone “because I’m the manager and Im cooking food”. I stood there for about another 5 minutes until the “manager” finally came around. She came out very combative and told me I would have to come back tomorrow because I was rude and she wasn’t going to return my $10.25. I guess asking why I have to wait for a refund when I have the food, drink and receipt is rude??? I never did get my refund, the manager and staff walked away from the counter and went to the back of the store. I waited a couple minutes and finally left. The fact of the matter is that the manager was the one that was rude, the correct response from her would have been, “im sorry, Ill be with you in a minute, Im busy catching up.On another note, “the manager should do a better job managing and making sure her employees are presentable to customers. One girl working at the front counter had a cheap light weight hoody on with no bra, her nipples and nipple piercings were protruding through her shirt. Is this acceptable attire for a dining establishment Hardeees??? Families come here with young kids and I find this to be very unprofessional, tacky and reprehensible.I challenge the Hardees franchise owner to watch the camera footage on 2/15/2024 between 1:05-1:15 pm. Ill wait for your apology and refund.

I came in this past Sunday and a manager screamed at a 5 year old boy because he was "messing up her drink area". This little boy was just getting a drink and didn't spill anything. I then asked the manager what her name was and she said she doesn't have to give that information to me. I found out from one of the employees outside that her name was Mindy. She was extremely rude and disrespectful and proved to me that hardees is a company that in no way values their customers and and let's their employees treat anyone however they want. This little boy walked away crying and she smiled and walked away. I will not be going back.
