Ordered 2 chicken wraps online. Walked in to the pickup counter and was not acknowledged for 5 minutes. Not busy by the way. The cashier finally asked if needed something. I said had a mobile order. She went and got someone who came out and said, "you'll have to wait. The cook is cooking them". Which was a lie. I watched her put chicken strips in the fryer. No apologies. No pleasentries. Just wait. A manager eventually showed up as the 3 employees up front appeared to be mystified....read full review
