While visiting the Mayo for ten days, I had the privilege of eating at Bono's. After surgery, it was my go-to spot for lunch and/or supper! I tried everything in those 10 days, I can honestly say it was some of the best BBQ I've had in a long time. Even better, all of their sides were great! Everything was fresh and cooked perfectly. We had a limited amount of time for lunch and stopped by Bono's branch at Beach and San Pablo. We were not disappointed. Our server (I think her name was Peggy) was very attentive. Food was exactly to order. Even the small platter had enough food for a "to-go" box.
