Everyone has an off day from time to time and when I visited JJHOF recently it was an off day for them. My wife and I went after church with our Pastor and his wife to JJHOF. We had a party of 6 so it took a while to get our food, no problem. When the food arrived it was barely warm and items were missing from our order that were never delivered to our table after reminding the staff. We live in Pennsylvania and were visiting family in Jacksonville, FL who suggested Jumpin'Jax for lunch after church. The menu was extensive with reasonable prices. I ordered the Caribbean Chicken Salad which had a variety of fresh greens, vegetables and the grilled chicken breast was very flavorful.
