The sushi was so good and owner has been at this location for 21 years and it shows, because she really knows what she is doing. While the sign says Sushi snd Subs, it is only

First a few particulars to get out of the way, this is a mostly take out only restaurant. There is a meager dining room, but nothing that would impress a date or business associate..also, parking is plentiful, most of it near the interest. Get lost? Next to the UPS Store.

But you want to know about the food:

Soy Sauce - Kikkoman dark, in little packets to take with you.
California Roll - fresh, refreshing and more flavorful than what I am used to. This was so good and I have to admit, I normally am not a fan of the cali toll.
Southsider - oh my, Dorothy we are not in Kansas any more. I don't think I have had anything quite like this on the east coast. It was such a great mix of savory, crunch, spice and sweet. It was phenomenal.

So the owner told me she was from Burma, which may explain why she had such a unique take on the sushi rolls. My goal was to eat half of each roll, and save half for dinner or lunch the next day. I failed. Once I took one bite of that Southside, I couldn't stop till it was gone, then I licked my plate clean

“The sweetest people ever. I ordered on Uber eats and asked for extra sauce. I told them to request my cash app because I wanted to tip them for the extra sauce (it wasn’t an option on uber eats). They charged me an extra dollar, which was way less than what I would’ve given them, and gave me an extra sushi roll on top of a LOT of white sauce. Definitely will be ordering again.
