Tsaocaa Mandarin, located in a strip mall near Walmart, offers a delightful tea selection and flavorful seasoning in their dishes. The Korean fried boneless wings, although a bit pricey for their small size, are perfectly cooked with a crispy exterior and juicy interior. The fries are freshly made and lightly salted. Their honey garlic fried chicken receives high praise. The drinks, particularly the Boba teas, are refreshing and highly recommended. While the staff is friendly, there have been occasional order inaccuracies. The establishment is clean and the Mandarin location is noted for having the best teas in Jax.
