“Surprisingly good food in a strip mall restaurant. The service was not amazing (the waiter either gave no attention, or was rushing us, and even took the plate away while I was still eating). The appetizers were not small, you can have one as your main if not too hungry. Another disappointment was the bread service: they gave literally 3 slices of toast with 2 apps that clearly required bread.“

“Wow, this place is a gem! Laurie waited on me at the counter and she was so happy and pleasant. Ricky was cooking and made me an awesome breakfast. Over easy eggs and crispy bacon and grits....oh man were they good. Not too soft and not too lumpy. Just right. This place has a throw back feel with the decor. There are a lot of colorful locals that were there. Can't wait to come back and try lunch.“

“The food was coming out very slow in the beginning. The first 3 courses, including bread, took almost 45 mins. The sake on the drinks menu was not available. The barramundi fish is from Hawaii but labeled as “local fish” on the menu. The wagyu beef and the lobster bites are so small that I can hardly taste the ingredients. On the positive side, the service was excellent and the food was cooked with good balance. A very ambitious menu but prepared very well. Compared with other Michelin one star restaurants (we had tried hundreds), I rate this one in the top 25%“

“Boia De is very special. Bold flavor with a delicate execution. The staff are humbly proud of their accomplishments and the Michelin Star is well deserved. The smoked muscles were delicious you need them. Steak tar-tar you must have. The gnocchi will change your life and the lamb could alter they ways of man & possibly change the world. “Excellent meal and dining experience. My wife and I really miss the old Shula’s 347 and have been waiting for a new go-to restaurant to open in the South Miami/Pinecrest area. We found it…in the same location. The Caesar salad and [not so] spicy tuna tartare were an excellent start complemented by the roasted chicken dish with broccolini on the side. Each plate was as good or better than the last, the service was excellent, and the ambiance was terrific. We even had an unexpected Chef Jeremy Ford sighting as he presented a beautiful Tomahawk Ribeye to a neighboring table. Can’t wait to go back!“

“My husband has always wanted to eat at Carbone in NYC, but the waitlist is so long. We were happy to score at 5:30pm reservation while visiting Miami. There is both indoor and outdoor dining. The vibe is that of old NY Italian. We were seated and our server immediately introduced herself. She took our drink order and the fresh bread, fennel and cauliflower were brought out to the table. For an appetizer we ordered the prosciutto and mozzarella. The mozzarella was so fresh it was still warm! It was so good!!! The prosciutto was sliced perfectly and tasted amazing. We shared the lobster ravioli. The ravioli was 99% lobster and stuffed. It was amazing. The sauce was creamy yet light. For our entree we ordered the shrimp scampi that was priced per piece. These shrimp were gigantic! We each had 2 shrimp and it was plenty. We were so full we decided not to have dessert but our server brought out some Italian cookies with a candle for my husbands birthday. This meal is definitely in our top 10!“

“I love the vibe of their rooftop patio and the selection of food. Also Damian was a great host and made my sister’s birthday dinner very pleasant.I strongly recommend making a reservation if you want to be seated on the patio and specially during the weekends. We had to wait for 40-45 minutes for the next table to be available. But, it was worth the wait.Their menu includes appetizers, entrées (including a choice of appetizer), desserts and of course drinks.We ordered “Free Range Chicken Milanese” with “Caes-ART Salad Our classic”, “Seafood and Chicken Paella” with “Burrata, Salmon & Guacamole Toast”, which was an upgraded appetizer with extra fee, and “Argentinian Churrasco” with “Caes-ART Salad Our classic”. All our meals were delicious, but I strongly recommend the Argentinian Churrasco and Salmon Toast.For the dessert and of course the birthday cake, we ordered “The Best Chocolate Cake in the World” and shared it as it was a bit heavy after our dinner.“

“Food and service from Lucas was wonderful! Enjoyed a leisurely brunch. Husband said coffee was fantastic. Only suggestion is marking Gluten Free options on the menu.Dietary restrictions: They have GF food but it’s a modification from the menu item. As a person with an allergy, I would prefer it be officially marked on the menu. Trusting the word of the server has failed me before.“

“I love this place! They serve tasty food all night. 1$ oysters for happy hour. Their Korean style ribs are delicious. Cesar salad was so good. Can't go wrong with the crispy chicken sandwich. They have some of the best truffle fries I have ever tasted.Little terrace outside and a funky interior with some really cool decor. Open very late. Whether you go for food, happy hour or just for some drinks late at night, it is a must see when visiting Miami Beach.“

“I was having breakfast this morning with my family and the place is very nice, the server LAURA attended us and she is incredible, she was very helpful and friendly. He explained the entire menu to us very well and suggested the best option to share with everyone and try several dishes. “Was a little concerned when walked in and was greated by the most unfriendly hostess I've ever come across. I then found ot the only had beer and wine. Everything improved from there. Amazing table service by someone who smiled and was friendly.  Food was great but be sure to save room for desert. They have the best Key Lime Pie I've ever had.“

They are happy to accommodate vegetarians, but they will not be able to help you vegans out. This restaurant deserves its Michelin star without a doubt. I find the negative reviews about food poisoning hard to believe when you account for the rigorous demands of maintaining a Michelin rating. However, anything can happen.The drinks were also amazing! Get the refreshing cocktail with mezcal. It is essentially a more fresh version of a caipirinha with a hint of mezcal smokiness.Vegetarian options: The vegetarian meal is not on the menu, but they will tell you all about it if you ask.“

It's definitely a great place to have a few drinks and a good conversation BUT the food isn't great.They also have a "last call for cocktails" (first time in my life I heard that) so, you end up with one hour to go before they close and you can't keep drinking what you wanted so it's a 4 out of 5 for me and I'm being generous.“

“This restaurant is like the hidden gem of Brickell. They open at 9 am which is super early compared to the places near around the area. They have bottomless brunch until 4pm. I loved the calm aesthetic of the restaurant and our server Daniel was super knowledgeable of the menu and very sweet. We can't wait to come back for brunch to enjoy their bottomless mimosas.“

“Beautiful restaurant with a great bottomless option for brunch. Incredibly delicious food and great service with an awesome ambience. There are options for dining inside or outside on their patio. My group got a couple of food options and shared everything so we could try more of the menu. It's $35 pp for bottomless cocktails and $30 for bottomless mimosas/bellinis but they let us pay $35 each and get cocktails + mimosas/bellinis, which makes a lot more sense.“

“I went to Grails for the first time, tonight. Fun atmosphere! Outgoing and friendly staff made the night even more fun! Great food! Great cocktails, too! “We celebrated my daughter's birthday last night and our server, Sabrina, was very attentive, and came by several times to check on the food and if we needed anything additional. And the end of the meal, a super yummy dessert was brought to my daughter (big enough to share) with a lit candle. What a nice surprise!“

“The Lifeguard by Edwar Simal Cafe & Restaurant and John, Eddy, & Joseph were amazing!The Lifeguard Cafe is amazing both service & quality of food. I had the Ham & Cheese Omelette(good & hearty), & the Signature Sweet Pancakes, those pancakes were a tiny bit of heaven, complete perfection. My family stumbled upon this unique cafe during our hunt for a brunch spot with good food @ a reasonable price after our 7 day cruise. John greeted us outside while we were checking out their menu, & was happy to make accommodations for all 14 of us. All service was stellar, they even gave us detailed descriptions of some of the menu items we had never had before. Some of us tried the Tropical Bombon espresso drink, delicious! The atmosphere is very welcoming for an art gallery, that doubles as a cafe. You just have to go for yourself, you’ll love it!“

“My boyfriend and I sat at the bar with Laura. We enjoyed the bar tasting and added one of each al la carte item. While the whole experience was fun, I think we both enjoyed Laura more than the food. The 18 course sit down was a little more food than either of us wanted for a late dinner, and by sitting at the bar we got to watch and interact with some of the staff. While we want to go to the DC location for the entire experience, our shorter version was perfect.“

“Located in the Miami design district, this restaurant had a nice outdoor seating area but inside was cozier, more romantic, and gorgeous decor. The vibe was enjoyable, not too loud, good music. Overall a great setting for date night or casual dinner with friends. Our server Sarah provided an excellent service experience. For drinks we each tried a different spritz, very refreshing. Our food was hamachi crudo, grilled octopus, roasted eggplant with lamb and pita (which we ordered TWICE!), and crispy skinned duck confit. Every plate was seasoned perfectly, cooked perfectly, overall executed perfectly. This is a strong recommend! We will be back.“

“DocB's is always a reliable spot for good food and quick service. We dine there often and last night took a friend from out of town. As always, promptly seated and served. All the dishes were spot on with the exception of the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich. The chicken itself was about a quarter inch thick, and DRY since it was so thin. This should be a juicy chunk of chicken, but this was a complete miss. the chimichurri steak was cooked to perfect temp, and the pepperoni pizza was also great.“

I had a Coke and a nonalcoholic Honey Mule Gingerbeer. We sat on the lovely outdoor patio overlooking the water. We were first time visitors to Miami, so we especially enjoyed looking at the Miami skyline. Then we toured the Perez Art Museum. We liked this restaurant so much we decided to dine here again when we visited the Frost Museum of Science, which is next door. This time we ate inside since it was raining. We split the delicious Perez Chopped Salad and some toast. This wonderful restaurant was recommended to us by a longtime Florida resident.
