I usually don't go to Burger King unless there's a special offer, where you get something when you buy something else. Our experience here was horrible...... We decided to get just a simple hamburger to kill the hunger while we were driving around. When we got to the restaurant, the drive through line was about 7 cars deep. We said, it will move quickly..... Wrong !! This place is the slowest drive thru that I have ever been to...after waiting for a few minutes, we decided to get out of the line and get something to snack elsewhere....what's wrong with the word Fast Food ?!??!??

One customer described it as the Burger King that looks like the Holocaust. Came today It’s hit or miss now that the Drive thru is even open Parking lot empty cone in the dilapidated drive-through looked closed except side door was propped open some days employees even forget to unlock the front door to make it look little like they are closed for cleaning. Upon entering seemed like there was no one there until I saw one employees sitting on the floor behind the counter texting on his cell phone almost every table in the The restaurant was dirty and Unwiped Ordered food burgers were still the same onion rings have been cooked twice or reheated returned them but no refund or fresh batch made the bonus is the ants that are running all over the counter are now included with your meal please leave a tip in the tip cup

Ghetto… waited in the drive thru no answer so we left. “Order here” was literally just scratched into the paint. The building and grounds were poorly cared for. I’m sure if it’s that dirty outside the kitchen must be clean ?

There are giant pot holes in the parking lot, overgrown vegetation, no menu at the drive thru, the intercom system doesn’t work. The building looks abandoned, dirty and run down. We changed our minds and decided to go somewhere else. We figured it couldn’t be very sanitary on the inside if the outside looked the way it did. I wouldn’t recommend this BK to anyone.

Literally the worst burger king ever. They dont open until after 9 am and don't even open right at 9. Waited from 830 because the worker said they were "about" to open. 915 came and went and still they were NOT open. Whenever they are open your in line for 30 minutes. With only one person in front of you. Please do something about this place!

I swear this place is NEVER open! I've done multiple orders through their app and been charged for it to find out that the restaurant is closed. Going by on my way home from work to pick up dinner by going inside......nope CLOSED. If I was the restaurant manager I would make SURE that the restaurant is OPEN for business even if it meant cooking taking orders and cash!

Walked in to grab lunch with the family. The kids booster seat was disgusting so I put it back and went to go wash my hands. The bathroom had a pile of vomit on the floor by the doorway. I turned around and left. Absolutely filthy!
Absolutely disgusting, it took 30 minutes for a chicken sandwich combo which gave me heartburn the chicken wasn't even crispy my husband ordered two cheeseburgers and I ordered my daughter a four piece nugget meal kids and it should not have taken 20 to 25 minutes absolutely disgusting no professional customer service the tables were filthy the baseboards are cracked up pieces missing will never return to this Burger King we live in Daytona and we're coming on our way back to Marathon this app solutely disgusting

Dude, can't even explain how bad this experience was. Drive through closed 8am. Came inside, had to give my simple order to two different people. After order was put in, the cook just stood around reading a piece of paper for literally 9 minutes before even looking up for the order. I was the only person here. Horrible horrible horrible. I took the food after getting it and just threw it away. Stay away!
