Came here after taking a hot yoga class at the FYT gym. It's inside of the gym in case you have trouble finding it. I ordered the PR Colada (pineapple, coconut, oats, flax seeds, vanilla whey protein, coconut milk). Very refreshing and not heavy. Will certainly be back to try more off their menu. Some smoothies don't have the protein in it but you can add it for more $. Overall, convenient smoothie/coffee bar, clean and reasonably priced. I was making a delivery locally and ordered lunch here, not realizing this was a gym. But turns out the food and smoothies here are delicious and are pretty reasonably priced. Can't wait to come back next time I'm in town!
