The classics like crispy rice and hot mustard tuna cones are delicious and the special steamed spicy dumplings are perfectly prepared. The owners and all the waitstaff are terrific- attentive, informative, subtle and kind. A great place to go, and go again !“
“Our first Benihana experience took place in Key West. Seating at the famed hibachi tables had a two-hour wait so since the weather was beautiful, we thought we would sit outside facing the water. Our server, Matt, was welcoming and offered recommendations. I had the tasty Spicy Hibachi shrimp while my daughter opted for the Shrimp Yakisoba. Our meals were amazing: perfectly cooked and seasoned. It was a great way to end our trip with one flaw: midges. Those little bites stung and interrupted what was a great dinner.“
