“Had the 8oz. Sirloin cooked to medium, it was excellent. Maybe a little heavy handed on the pepper but not offensive for sure. We mentioned it to the manager, he offered to replace the steaks but we were fine with them as is. He noted that someone else had just told him the same thing and he was on his way to check on the kitchen. The loaded baked potato and side salad were spot on. Iced tea was good as was service. What can I say, Outback does not hold a candle to it, at least those I have been to in the past several years.“

“One of the best local restaurant in the county. Located by the lake, it's always busy so its best to call ahead of time to reserve table esp if you plan to go on there on a weekend. It's has a very laid back vibe, sunset is gorgeous over the lake and the staff is efficient! Food is always good, every item on the menu is yummy and they havea secret appetizer that we've been ordering for years everytime we go there , it's not on their menu book anymore but they still serve it and it won't be a secret anymore as I reveal it here. Ask for their garlic fries once you get seated and it's ready is 5 minutes, and it's the best fries you'll ever have. We've been going there for years and will always keep coming back.“
“UPDATE: They’re closed on Monday now was kinda surprised considering on how busy the place is every time we visit and it wasn’t updated on google. Food is really good and the service is quick. Expect to wait for a seat especially during the busier months like in the winter. Ribs are very good and the price for the special is pretty decent considering how much food you get.“

I got the Rib/brisket combo with Mac and cheese with collard greens. The tab came out to 25$. I was a bit hesitant until I felt the weight of my to go order. Lemme tell you this is some damn good BBQ. A small mom and pop place that has a small menu for a reason. Keep it small and do it right. The meat portion were perfect. “We will definitely be back here! The food was delicious and the meat was so tender and flavorful. Prices are great for the portions they provide. Sweet tea was not too sweet and delicious. The inside is a little small for the amount of people that come in but we were seated rather quickly and it wasn't too crowded once we sat down. The male waiter that served us was super busy and working so hard but he was very attentive and kind.“

“Absolutely amazing. We followed our noses and the sight of a long line of people waiting (in the rain!!) and we were NOT disappointed. Super friendly staff, and absolutely astounding food. We had the rib sandwich and the meat practically fell off the bone. The sauce was a delicious mustard based yellow sauce. I’m from the west coast, so my opinion might not matter much, but even my born and bred southern partner and mother in law said it was the best barbecue they’ve ever eaten. Don’t judge it from the outside - just GO!“

“Mission BBQ catered our wedding and they were fantastic!! They gave us a tasting and once we made a decision and then kept changing it they just kept up with us the whole way!
