“Lakeland, FL. Located in the Joinery, which is like a cool Franklin, TN destination food court and hangout spot for high school to GenZ and beyond, Mayday is worth a daily visit!Aviation terms abound (order a flight of flavors), plus other tongue in cheek names (the Parent Trap). So dang the diet we had two flights (6 mini-scoops each!) and a double. We swooned over the Datil Dark Chocolate (crunchy nibs and a datil pepper burn a few seconds in); the Dirty Chai (first the gingerbread flavor then the coffee…moan of pleasure); and pure delight over the Blueberry Toast Crunch; Raspberry Sorbet; Straight Up Strawberry and Parent Trap.Space does not allow describing what made each flavor different from any other ice cream you’ve ever tasted. Just know: Mayday is dangerously addictive. They give free samples. Beware.“
“This place is so good! I had the plain, chocolate frosting, strawberry frosting, vanilla frosting, s’mores, and sprinkles donuts. WORTH IT! I ordered through DoorDash, and literally came across this place as I was on the app. The donuts are delicious and fluffy, and the 6-pack is just enough to fill me up for breakfast with a side of caramel iced coffee.“
“Was a real treat for us to see first hand how tge make thier products and watch the process first hand. The warm finished product was the "icing on the cake". Really good donuts.Parking: Lots of parking when we were there.Kid-friendliness: Staff were very friendly and accommadating.“
“Not a LONG wait. Good coffee, Lattes. Lot's if munchie choicesParking: Just gotta be astute to cars in the drive thru line (if there's one)Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, I use an electronic wheelchair and it's easy access“
“They have recently undergone renovations and it looks great. We make a weekly visit on a weekday morning. The service is always fast and efficient despite the long lines. My son always enjoys the iced latte and chicken croissant.Parking: There appears to be plenty of parking.“
“The drive thru is confusing. Not for me but for others. Idk how to fix that thoughAnd when I go inside sometimes they have the order screen up and sometimes it’s notOne time my drink was made but they didn’t package my donut . Probably a one time thing but I dont feel like testing it againSo overall I dislike the inconsistenciesMuch easier to order the old fashion way. The irony of having options marketed as saving time only for it to take double or triple the timeMy coffee always tastes good though so I will return until they mess that up too“
“Just had the BEST customer service I have ever had at a Dunkin'! An employee came outside to hand off an order to a drive- thru customer and saw me walking towards the building and excitedly asked me, "Are you coming to see us?!" And then when I told him I was he thanked me for coming in and held the door open for me! Then when I went inside I was actually communicated to by other staff members about my order, which is very rare at most Dunkin's, usually i walk in and feel ignored. It's really the small things like that that are most important to me as a customer, so thank you all very much!“
“This is a chain, so it's all pretty much the same as any other DD. What made our day was the young lady behind the counter. Our granddaughter wanted a donut they did not have, but the young lady was so nice to her and recommended a spider donut, which our granddaughter loved. That was service.“
“This is the best place! Family run for many years, we always see the same people when we come in. Their donuts are SO good. The blueberry cake is the best I’ve tried. Everything tastes so fresh! We love getting their special which is a breakfast sandwhich, donut and a drink for a very reasonable price. It’s just good simple food from a lovely little shop. Don’t skip on the blueberry cake donut!“
