When I got there the drive thru line was all backed up so I went in to order. Inside there were about 12 people waiting for their orders to come out and no one at the register. So I ordered at the kiosk. After ordering, the kiosk message said that it wasn’t taking payments and to pay at the counter. they were extremely rude to be about my ice coffee when I told them it was too sweet twice. they also rang me up for the wrong size ice coffee and refused to fix it. I will never go back the mcdonalds on socrum loop in Lakeland fl again. they are rude and clearly don't care about their customers.
