This is my first review for this subway, but my third bad experience. Yesterday I walked in about 12:00 pm with the employee making a drink for a pick up order. She turned around and very gruffly/rudely said you are going to have to wait a very long time because I have eight orders ahead of you and I am all by myself and walked out to deliver the pick up order. I stood there speechless. Mind you no one was in line and there was only one other person in there eating his sandwich....read full review
Don’t typically write reviews but really poor customer service here. I walked in wanting a sandwich and was rejected because she had a mobile order ahead of me which would have been fine if there was an apology, or even a welcome when I came through the door or even a ‘have a good day’ when I left because she said it would take 30 minutes. Really poor service and would recommend the extra 10 minute drive to the subway on 98.

DO NOT ORDER HERE! Poor customer service, no manager on duty! Does not receive orders from app, no refund,! The other day I couldn't get a refund for the cashier adding all items separately instead of a meal! Waste of so much of my time!
