“Amazing experience today on our first trip to Leesburg. Went to see the Gardens and saw this restaurant adjacent. Fantastic people here, lively outdoor patio with great food and drinks. Ben, our server, was possibly the best we have ever seen in many years across multiple restaurants, his attitude is something that all should learn from, really made our day.“
“Wonderful quaint restaurant to go to. Found by accident after failing to get in at Denny's. I'm do glad I couldn't get in st Denny's cause I never would have found this place. The staff is super friendly and entertaining. Atmosphere is awsome. It's a popular place from what I can see and having been there I know why. I will definitely return. To much food at a reasonable price“
“The food was the best, I got the steak and eggs so good I asked the to be gluten free just put salt and garlic the steak was perfect. Before PH GrillHave visited Cracker Barrel for steak and eggs and steak was tough and dry like dry leather.“
“The young lady running this place has put her heart & soul into it. And, let me tell you Baby, the soul comes through & through. Stopped by for the first time the other day & brought in a small group of six. We all ordered & hoped the food would live up to our expectations. Not to worry, the food was beyond expectations. Real soulful country cooking. Great flavor. nice portions, fair pricing. Very clean & neat along with a pleasant disposition to boot! Food was served timely & was very hot. BTW, if you get there, and you should, be sure to finish up with the peach cobbler. Just terrific. It's a bit of a tough find right now with construction of the street in front of the establishment, but the work is worth the experience. Give it a go, you won't be disappointed.“
“This is another place we love. The owner and all of the staff are awesome. Friendly and engaging. They welcome you into the place like it is their home and they are having you in for lunch. They always have an exceptional variety of freshly made soups (none of that canned stuff here!). My favorites are the chicken white bean chili, vegetable soup, and the wedding soup. But none of them are less than fantastic. If you are looking for something light, the trio salad is awesome. It is a heavy portion of chicken salad, tuna salad, and egg salad on fresh greens. Love this dish as well.Nothing is bad here! I wish they were open for breakfast with some delicious breakfast things and cappucino! "hint hint" lol. But a great place nonetheless for lunch.“
“The Special Shrimp was amazing - garlic, sweet & spicy. Highly recommend this dish. The cheesesteak had generous portions of tender steak and cheese. Our server, Jordan, was very attentive. My only complaint is that the floor seemed dirty and there were several napkins and other pieces of trash that remained on the floor throughout our visit.“
“Absolutely always wanted to stop in but never had the chance to! I stopped in yesterday for a beer on draft, not knowing what they had, I was PLEASANTLY SUPRISED TO FIND …..AMBERBOCK!!!! amberbock is so hard to find on draft and is my favorite beer brewed and on draft it’s unbeatable! Ivy was awesome, and I spoke to her about emcee/DJing there and left my card! I told ten friends that love amberbock about this place and now they’ll be going! Hope I get to talk to you all about DJing there! I give a few weeks free to see if it’s a fit, and if not, you got me for free to entertain !I went in for two beers and had 4, was so fresh and delicious! Thank you so much for such an awesome experience“
“Okay, truth be known, rather than play golf I sat in the bar area and waited while my friends played. I had one of the best bloody Mary's ever! Their sandwiches were excellent and the lovely woman tending bar was a hoot - great personality and excellent mixing skills. When everyone was finished golf, we stayed for a late lunch. The 5 of us thoroughly enjoyed our food, our drinks and the friendly staff! The next time I am in the area, I will definitely stop in!“
“Good lunch. My family and friends enjoyed the salad bar and entrees. My daughter said her burger was probably one of the best she’s eaten so that’s worth trying if you like burgers. As a vegetarian, of course there wasn’t a huge selection for me. There’s always the salad bar but be careful some items have some hidden meat in there…like the pasta salad. I miss when Ruby Tuesday had their baked ravioli… sigh. I’d also like to see a return to the yummy biscuits they used to serve warm out of the oven. Our server was new but friendly. It was clean and comfortable. Tables and booth seating. Plenty of parking.Vegetarian options: Salad bar, broccoli soup and there is one pasta you can get sans meat upon request. Bring back the ravioli!“
“We are always on the lookout for good restaurants that are not a franchise or part of a chain. This is one. So many things on the menu it was a little hard to choose. If they were closer we would go back regularly. Alas they are several hours from our home. Definitely going to stop back anytime we are nearby.“
“GREAT PLACE BUSY BUT GREAT !! GOOD FOOD GOOD PRICE GOOD PORTIONS !!!Parking: It does get packed at times but plenty of parking space !Kid-friendliness: I seen kids well behaved the waitress was kidding with them just great to see !Wheelchair accessibility: Nice feature there are a lot of elderly so it’s great to have !“
“What a quaint relaxing atmosphere in the heart of Leesburg, FL. Just a block south of main St. Had the fried green tomato caprese as an appetizer. All fresh and full of flavor. Will definitely return to this wonderful food establishment. Here for bike week.“
“Great food. I get mine to go. It's basically a bar with a good selection of food choices. Not really a family restaurant but you can take them there. The reason for the 1 star is that I'm not into bar style atmosphere. Other than that it's a great place to eat and drink.“
