“The food here is absolutely amazing! The food was delicious. Chicken wings were seasoned perfectly. The pepperoni was the next I’ve had and the gluten free pasta with spicy vodka sauce was my favorite for Italian anywhere. Our waiter (Stefano) was the best and made it fun and helped us pick out the perfect dishes. Don’t miss this gem!Dietary restrictions: Great for gluten free options for Italian food.“
“Place is amazing and super close to home. I first had the meatball parmigiana and since it was so delicious I decided to have the spaghetti meatball the next day. They were actually out of the regular meatballs that day but provided me with an alternative and didn’t charge me additional for it. Will definitely be going back “
“One of the best Italian restaurants in the entire city!! The food is fantastic and well-presented. All the staff were amiable and very detailed about the dishes with a boutique atmosphere. My favorite was vòngole, which was really really creamy, and the pasta was made very fresh. Love it!!! Bolonase was also delicious and juicy. The desert was so upscale that we were amazed. If you look for something unique and sound, it’s in dishes. I’ll come back for pizza next time!! Thank you!“
“Delicious homemade food with a casual setting served by a gracious staff. Recommendations were on point. The Black I k Seafood has a base of red sauce with linguini cooked in squid’s ink. Served with a generous amount of clams, mussels, shrimp, octopus and topped with an enourouns prawn. Stunning presentation - incredibly tasty. Reservations recommended. Will be back asap!“
“My girlfriend and I had a really great experience here, by far the best pizza in South Florida! Shoutout Kai, our server, for his excellent service, he was funny, knowledgeable and happy to be there. We arrived just in time for the start of their HH, which is 1/2 off bottles and glasses of wine from 3-6pm (M-F). We shared the Coffee Paolo star pizza and Burrata? Everything is made in-house. I can't say more positive things about this gem of a restaurant! If you are visiting the area or are a local, definitely check this place out ?“
“We came here for my grandfathers 90th birthday and let me tell you it was the GREATEST restaurant experience we’ve ever had ! Aba was our serve and she was absolutely amazing ! Extremely welcoming and made us feel at home! Food was astonishing all thanks to the chef Angelo masanova ! We loved the food so much we came back a second time in one week and to top it off, aba remembered our names and everything we ordered. We recommend this place to everyone and will 100% be coming back ! Thank you Casa D’Angelo !“
“Having been here multiple times now I can confidently say they are one of the best sandwich shops in the area. Bread is always fresh, prices are reasonable and service is always excellent. You simply cannot go wrong with anything on the menu, the italian and the meatball are at the top of my list.“
“Had a fantastic first visit on a Friday night. Had DELICIOUS lasagna and amazing pizza by the slice AND GELATO !!! BTW…the pizza crust is light and crispy.Such a fun time when you have great food with family and friends. Thanks for being in Wilton Manors!“
“ROSSITTO'S in East Pompano Beach...Family owned & operated, Italian gourmet market & eatery. Casual & friendly vibe. Pictured is the Italian Combo Sandwich (fresh/dense/crusty bread, olive oil, red wine vinegar, L/T, imported mortadella, salami, ham & provo). You know a good sandwich when one bite instantly evokes a memory...for me: Roman Street food. They offer togo, dine-in & catering and I can't wait to return to sample some other items ??“
“I tried this place on 2023 during spring, I used to get one slice of pizza ,different style, everyday new one. On the first day of trying Peter’s Pizzeria I thought finally I found my favorite pizza but Nop, on second day it was even more better, in a week I tried 6 or 7 different style pizza and every one of them became my favorite. All of them were soo juicy, cheesy, flavorful, all of them had distinct flavour. It will take your test buds to heaven and make you question your whole existence. If you ever try a slice of pizza from here you will not want to see other pizza place for 100 percent sure, you will feel like other place were just serving doe not the flavor and love. It’s been a year and I haven’t found any place quite like this. No matter how many years it takes for me to get back to Florida no matter where I stay in Florida the first thing I will do is hop on a car and directly head towards the Peter’s Pizzeria. See you soon.“
“Highly recommend Di Valles to those looking for a fantastic Italian meal. Eveything they serve is delicious and highly recommend the roasted artichokes as a starter…so good! As a bonus, the service is absolutely lovely. This is a really terrific restaurant.“
“10/10 Experience Every Time. It is No Comparison to other High End Italian Restaurants. Pasta And is The Best. Authentic Italian experience and Ambiance. You can Order Everything on the Menu and you will Love it. Wine Pairing Suggestions from the servers are always Great. Love This Place.“
“I would have never found this place unless I saw it on One Bote Pizza Reviews with Dave Portnoy on Youtube. Use your GPS as its a little tricky to find them and I have lived not far away for more than 25 yrs. The pizza was very good and simple. We ordered a regular cheese pie. Call early as they are very busy due to all the addded attention. This is the kind I like and I may try the Sicillian one of these days.“
“Everything about this place is 10/10. They catered one of my office parties and everyone loved it. I don’t know how it only got #2 best pizza in Florida, I definitely think it deserves the #1 spot for best New York, street style pizza. And their deep dish is to die for!! ❤️“
“Had the pleasure of dining in at Anthony's Clam House. We come all the way from New Jersey just for the clams! Everything was excellent especially the linguine vongole and the Tuscan shrimp. The atmosphere is very nice. The service was awesome, we were blessed to have Angela as our waitress, she was a sweetheart. She checked in with us throughout the meal to make sure everything was good. 10/10 overall and I look forward to coming back!“
“I'm really picky, so I never have too high of expectations... but what a great meal! I saw reviews were good, so we just popped in.. we might've dressed a little less casually if we knew what a great vibe this place had. I loved the decor, the staff was amazing and attentive, and the food was fantastic. We may have to go back to Fort Lauderdale just to eat here again!!GET THE TAMARIND CHEESECAKE. It was seriously amazing.“
“We had the best experience at Casa Calabria! We ate here last year during a vacation and wanted to come back for dinner here during this year’s vacation because we loved it. The food was delicious. Mario was amazing, we had a great experience with him! We hope to have him again, he was the best!“
“This was the most excellent Italian dining experience. As soon as you walk in you are met with an old time Italian eatery decor. The atmosphere along with the authentic Italian food aromas drew me in. We were met with a friendly greeting and taken to our table where our waiter Jeff suggested fresh seafood choices like snapper and shrimp. I chose the Snapper Oreganata with Linguine. This was the best piece of fish that I have ever eaten. Sorry mom. It was very tender and the white sauce was amazing. The chicken cacciatore was amazing too. My guest has been craving authentic Italian cacciatore and she said she found it. The garlic bread selection that came pre-meal was incredible too. The garlic butter combination was so good I would come back just for the bread. The side salad, while just a salad, was made amazing by the quality of the very fresh vegetables and the delicious creamy Italian dressing. Jeff, our waiter, was an amazing host. He was polite, friendly, entertaining, and extremely knowledgeable of the days fresh deliveries and made excellent suggestions for the evening. I only wish I had room for desert. It looked amazing too. If you don’t try Zuccarelli’s you are missing out. Thank you Zuccarelli’s! We will be back! David Monroe and Suzanne Laforte“
“went here with my brother and couldn't be more satisfied. great food, great staff. authentic Italian classics, (yes they do put mortadella on eggplant Parmigiano). had to slurp the last of the white sauce down, I sure wasn't leaving it behind. A+++“
“Me and my family came to celebrate my birthday a couple weeks back. The owner, Fabio runs an amazing staff and is very warm and personable always smiling and making you feel like family. This cozy authentic Italian restaurant has left the best impressions! Hospitable hosts, delicious dishes, beautiful presentation, wide wine list and wonderful desserts. I Highly recommend!“
“I’ve lived in south Florida pretty much all my life and there’s finally an amazing pizza joint here. 10/10 best crust I’ve ever had thank you. Will be a frequent customer I wish you all the success. Garlic rolls amazing, chicken wings yummy!!! Roni pie amazing!!“
“This place is a GEM. Thank you, Luca for making my husband's and I experience so amazing! Great atmosphere, amazing service, INCREDIBLE and QUALITY food! We will be sending all of our friends and family here and we will be back. Thanks so much!“
“Fantastic dining experience! Finally, close to Pompano Beach, an excellent restaurant worthy of our beautiful restaurants in Quebec! Taste the lobster ravioli or fettuccini carbonara, not to mention their excellent strawberry parfait or crème brûlée!! WoW ? well done!“
“This is truly a small Italian restaurant to treasure. Roberta is the charming Italian woman who is your server. There are about 10 tables inside and about 5 outside. I live much of the year in my villa in Tuscany, so I know good Italian food. One of the nicest things about Roberta's is that they don't offer wines, but allow you to bring your own without a corkage fee. Ironically, they own the Italian market next door which sells wine and will open it for you if you come unprepared.I've been twice. the first time we had lasagna and chicken parmigiana. I always like to try traditional dishes to calibrate the establishment, and she passed with flying colors. Both dishes were about $20.Our second visit we had ossobuco and a shrimp linguine. Both were specials of the night and were $40 and $30 respectively. Though they were both more expensive than any regular menu item, they were well worth it.I have not yet tried her pizza because it is only offered at lunch. This is the opposite of Tuscany where it is impossible to get (real) pizza at lunch.“
“The food and atmosphere at Gianni’s is fantastic!! Unfortunately, our server was lacking. He was very curt, unfriendly, and seemed like we were bothering him by being there. I would like to add that this seems to be the exception to the rule. I observed 3 other servers who all were excellent! They were friendly, offered the specials (I didn’t even know there were any until I heard a server tell the table next to us), and also gave their name. I’m very sad that we missed out on excellent service, but please don’t pass up on this gem because the service by all but one, is excellent.“
“The food here is amazing. The service is warm and friendly. The ambiance is the same, warm, comfortable and friendly.I love this place. I found it accidentally and now go often.I could go on about the food and the lovely people who work here. see for yourself and like me you will never leave.“
“Mama Mia's is by far the best gluten free restaurant I have ever went to. Being diagnosed with severe celiac 4 years ago I am very picky on where I go out to eat. Being on vacation in Fort Laurdale I went on Find me Gluten free. (My go too app) and found Mama Mia's. This place became the highlight of my trip. Its a small family run place that consists of a mother, father, and daughter. They are the nicest people you can meet. So welcoming and make you feel at home. The daughter takes your order (She Has CELIAC) importiant to note so she knows all about cross contamination and how serious celiac is. Coming from jersey right outside of NY I did not expect to find better Italian food than at home. Man was I wrong. The food came out and it was so fresh and amazing. I love that the chef (the mother) comes out to check on how your enjoying your meal. Portions are large and feels like home cooked. Being severe celiac I can assure you I had no problems after eating these meals. I loved it so much that I went back again twice during my short vacation. Thank you so much for being so accommodating and I can not wait to come back once I am in the area again. (Night 1: chicken parm with side of pasta) (night 2: meatballs which are large and excellent with pasta)Dietary restrictions: Owner has celiac so understands cross contamination. Highly recomend if your glutenfree. .“
“This place is a hidden gem!! What an absolutely wonderful experience we had here. We wondered in here for lunch one day and were so happy we did. We walked in and were kindly greeted by the people working there and they answered all the questions we had. They had plenty of different food and goodies in the display cases. We first got lunch and I will be honest, I can't remember exactly the sandwiches we got but I do know they were absolutely delicious. I specifically remember the bread being very delicious and all the ingredients being so fresh. If you like fresh cold Italian sandwiches you'll be in amazing hands here. Also, the decor and ambiance of this place is so amazing. It was very relaxing and homey and just a very cute place altogether. We also ended up getting dessert which was just okay. The cannoli had a very light, almost merengue-like filling which I didn't love. I also got some leaf-cookies which weren't my favorite either but despite this it was still a wonderful experience. They have a ton of food and beverage items for sale including different cooking ingredients like olive oil, dressings, delicious sour cherries, and much more! This is a very nice place that I would suggest anyone to try! Thanks!“
“The absolute best pizza and wings....and food ever! We were lost on what to eat and ended up here. From entering the door, Cheryl greeted us and instantly hooked us in with her ULTIMATE oversized personality! This is what sets them apart from other pizza places... food originality... excellent service...and down home goodness! From Texas and Ohio with love! We will definitely be back! I so am trying to give this place a 5 but I don't know what I am doing-LOL!“
“Traditional Italian fare, I think it's run by an Italian family?Service a little slow, but it was just two running between taking orders, food running, and clearing tables on a Friday night.Pasta is absolutely amazing, the only thing I'd complain about there is the size of the portions leave a little more to be desired.“
“After leaving an appointment we were hungry for lunch. Not knowing the area we just started driving. Saw V&S Italian deli sign and pulled in to grab a quick meal. When we saw that it was not an eat in we started to leave but decided to eat at one of the outside tables. Glad we did. A pretty extensive menu with both hot and cold subs as well as salads and homemade Italian dishes. We ordered the V&S Special which was a sub with Italian meats and cheese with lettuce, tomato, red onion and oil and vinegar. We opted for the roasted red peppers. The bread was a crispy Italian seeded roll. The sub was enormous and absolutely terrific. WE each took half and were only able to eat half of that. The rest went home for our dinner. We had chips and Dr. Brown sodas with our meal. What a great place. Already planning our next trip to try some of the hot subs. Don't pass this up.“
“We had a great friends dinner out as Vittorio and Michele welcomed us heartily and checked in on our table to ensure our delight. Chef Gio's cuisine is consistently delicious and impressive, we enjoyed pillowy gnocchi a la vodka, grilled artichoke salad, luscious eggplant rolatini in a bright tomato sauce and Veal scallopine 2 ways-ABBONDANZA! Everything was amazing as we dined and enjoyed the energetic vibe and amazing Italian Wine list! Our friends can't wait to come back and neither can we!“
“Piccolino is my favorite restaurant and I am never disappointed when I go there. We were a table of seven and we were treated like royalty. The food was fabulous as always. I only wish that I still live in south Florida so I could go back frequently. Roberto and Carmella are wonderful hosts and their staff members are equally gracious and accommodating.“
“Best pizza in fort Lauderdale by far... the only place you can get a great deep dish 8 corner. We had the Veggie with Pepperoni and it is now my new favorite... the 2 managers there this evening (one from my hometown of Bayridge) these guys are the foundation that make this place GREAT!!! Barstool needs to come and review!!! 10/10!“
“First off, our waitress was sensational ?.This place was packed! So glad I made reservations 6pm weekend.Wine and cocktails were greatFried calamari was good/averageWhite wine mussels were great. A little on the small side IMO. But the broth was the beat I've ever had anywhere!!!!Beef Bolognes was blah.Crab Ravioli was NEXT LEVEL AMAZING!Parking is rough. Give yourself 10 minutes to find parking. Yes you will absolutely get a boot on your tire or towed away. Read the signs!Parking: Parking is TOUGH! Yes u meter pay. Read signs, u will get towed or a tire boot for $80“
“Love the atmosphere, my husband’s meal was good, Florida shrimp and scallops, light curry sauce, with pasta. I had the lobster ravioli and it just didn’t taste right, the lobster or clams were off. The brandy cream sauce was good. I must have ordered a bad wine as it was a bit bitter. When I mentioned the lobster ravioli didn’t taste right the staff commented that everyone loved it and walked away. The lemonchello flute was the best.I had the best food when I visited Italy and was looking forward to the class of meals from that country. Simple good food.My overall impression is just so-so, the staff seemed to be acting a bit haute where the atmosphere is fun, so I didn’t get it. Sadly, my expectations were not met.“
“Had dinner her with my mom last week, from the welcome greeting to the food, everything the staff does is with care.We started with the burrata and beet salad special. I had the Salmon Alla Vodka and mom had the Flounder special with artichokes and sundried tomatoes. Good portions, cooked perfectly and delicious! Will be back for homemade pasta!Limited parking in the back.“
“I visited for lunch with my mom and my 2 kids. We had a wonderful lunch. The pizza was perfect, I brought a few slices home to my husband and he loved them as well. The service was great, and the ambiance was exactly what we were looking for. I also had the Amici’s salad and it was the best salad I’ve had in a while. It had eggplant, mushrooms, zucchini. We can’t wait to go back. The owner and his daughter took care of us which made it even more special.“
“What a wonderful experience this was! I am a big complainer, but there was not one thing to complain about. Homemade lasagna was probably the best I’ve ever had. Fresh rolls, crispy salad, yummy ravioli and tiramisu that was beyond delicious. All family run and sooo friendly. We will make the half hour trek again to feast on these goodies.“
“Lucille and her team do an outstanding job making each guest feel at home and welcome. They also go above and beyond supporting their local community. The Caymus wine dinner event we attended was run flawlessly and could serve as a model for all locations.“
“Nice "family" type of neighborhood restaurant with tasty "authentic" style entrees with good, unique flavors at very reasonable prices. Background music playing could be a little more upbeat. Had the flavorful homemade Fettucine Parmesan Wheel, and Chicken Parm. Both were tasty. Service was good. Would recommend.“
“We stopped for a slice of pizza last week. The restaurant is cozy and clean. The owners are so friendly and accommodating. We have since returned two more times because the food is delicious. Mostly everything is homemade, from the sauce to the meatballs, sandwich rolls and salad dressing. Needless to say, they now have some faithful customers. The cheesesteaks are the best we have had since moving from Pennsylvania, and we know cheesesteaks!“
“Thick and Thin is the greatest thing to happen since sliced bread. If someone bribed me to rob a bank with thick and thin pizza I would highly consider it. Every day I don’t eat there I start tweaking like a crackhead going through with drawls. 11/10 would recommend.“
“The food here is great and the atmosphere is wonderful. Prices are affordable too! Their pasta is fantastic, so don't miss out on trying it.Good food, excellent atmosphere, prices are very reasonable. The pasta in general is great. Don't miss the opportunity to go and enjoy a nice meal.“
“Excellent and diverse food. We had 2 different menus, on traditional and one modern. Both great and quiet distinct. Our toddler had pasta with tomatoes & shrimp which she loved and that we also found excellent. Good local wine. Helpful explanations from the waiter about the food and wines. We found the location great, overlooking the central plaza. Very lively, kids playing, kept our toddler entertainment thru out our 5+ course menus.“
“We had eaten in this restaurant several years ago and were impressed then so for this years anniversary I decided to take the plunge again and left extremely pleased. The service was unobtrusive and informative and the food was innovative and ingredients well pared and perfect accompaniment for the main dish's. We had the Mahi that was cooked to perfection and spiced well so you could actually tell you were eating a delicate catch of the day. We are local and will be returning more frequently in the future. David Boeggeman.“
“I have driven by this restaurant thousands of times. I have heard from friends that it is very good, even excellent. I have been on a mission to find really good Fettuccine Alfredo. Having never been there, I was not familiar with the menu and the menu online was limited. I called and asked if they had it and the gentleman that answered said “We could do that.” He said it would be ready in 20 minutes. I went there to pick it up. The ladies at the counter saw my ticket and one asked the other if Piero said it was ok. I told them I think he answered the phone. It was ready at that point. After looking at the menu, I realized it was not on there. But it should be because it was absolutely delicious!! Every place I have ordered it, the sauce is runny and does not stick to the pasta. The sauce was just the right consistency and coated the perfectly cooked al dente pasta. There was a nice sprinkling of parmesan cheese on it. I normally add some pepper but it needed nothing. The bread they included was delicious too! Especially the focaccia. If they will make the fettuccine again, I will order it again. I did grab the menu though and it looked like there were quite a few delicious offerings. So it might be a while before I ask for the Alfredo. I definitely think this place is worth a try.“
“Best Italian cuisine in Fort Lauderdale. Food is authentic, tasty and portions are perfect. Staff is awesome, and so friendly. They have a variety of tasty meals. This has become our favourite restaurant to visit on a regular basis. We have never been disappointed. Many thanks to chef Enrico, Claudia and Marco. ❤️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“
“I was getting my car serviced at tires plus and waiting. I got hungry so I walked over to the CVS plaza. I ordered a slice and a large pie for 2 hours later. I was held up for a lot longer than anticipated at the car place and they called to check up on me and ask if I was still going back. I said that I was and that I would call when on the way. The gentleman said that they would make me a fresh pie since it had been more than 4 hours since I placed the order. The pie was amazing and I would totally recommend to anyone looking for quality PIZZA.“
“My wife and I whet to your Rocca Trattoria Italian Restaurant for the first time. Outstanding! We brought a guest to celebrate her birthday. It is now our favorite Italian restaurant to go to.My wife ordered the Eggplant, our guest had the Lasagna and I ordered the Veal Parmesan. We look forward to coming again. Our compliments to our waitress and incredible chefRichard and Maryanne Messier“
