“Pretty good place to visit for lunch..I've only been twice so far. First I got the chicken Parm which I wasn't too thrilled for. Primarily because it's advertised as breaded chicken instead of grilled. It wasn't bad just not what I expected. The second time I got the cheese steak sandwich which was delicious.I definitely plan to visit again soon, the owners seem like very nice people and very friendly.“
“If you are looking for the best olives and pickles, this is your spot. We visit when they are in Winter Garden Farmers Market or at their location in Longwood. To place an order in Longwood, send a Facebook message or call. For olives, I highly recommend the garlic olives. They have incredible flavors. My wife is not a fan of when I eat them (garlic breath), but, she is accepting. The pickles are fresh and crunchy. I always order mixed baby garlic and sours. The owners provide the best customer service and alway go above and beyond. Looking forward to our next visit to replenish our pickles and olives.“
“You'll have to blindside off Hope St, they'll help guide you in. Between 5-6 they get the small trucks dispatched so you'll sit if you don't get in the dock before 5. It's really really tight and dock ramp is steep. Employees park along Hope St in the grass at entrance so don't block it if your waiting to get in. I'd get here in early AM to make backing easier. I got there at 03:15 and they were unloading a truck.“
“So much delicious food for such a reasonable price. We had a chicken gyro combo with hummus and a spinach, pie combo with tabouli. Incredibly generous portions of the sides and the food was excellent. The staff is very friendly and called us friend frequently which was kind of nice will definitely be back for more. Everything is freshly made!“
“Family owned, quaint restaurant with delicious food. They are the most kind people and cook authentically from the heart. Everything I’ve eaten here has been good, from breakfast to lunch, but my favorite dish is Chicken Diane. The chicken tikka is a strong contender as well. This place is a must try. And you can’t beat the customer service!“
“This place is part of the whole Hollarbach's increasing world in Sanford, whosever, it is separate from the main restaurant. It is around the corner and more resembles a market deli that just happens to sell sandwiches and similar meals. We stopped by here for some sandwiches for lunch and sat outside at one of the few tables they have set up to enjoy the. The place also has some inside eating which appears to be an enjoyable place to eat as well. I ordered the Tiroler, which is a cold Turkey sandwich ion a ciabatta, nicely topped with spinach, Smoked mozzarella don a few other goodies, my wife ordered the Turkey pepper jack on pretzel bun which was actually a tastier sandwich subjectively, but too be fair they were both delicious. For I side I ordered a red skin potato salad that was a perfect partner to the sandwich. At this place, you order at the counter and the crew makes if for you as ordered. YoI highly recommend giving this place a try if you are looking for a German style-deli sandwich - you'll avoid the crowds at the main restaurants and end up with a nice experience too.“
“I purchased perogi from here for Christmas Eve. So glad when I called after Thanksgiving the lady on the phone said to place an order in advance. I picked up my order two days before Christmas. The perogi were very good and very reasonably priced! Plus they had a few of the items I needed for my polish Christmas Eve traditional dinner.“
“My husband has brought home food from this place twice now. And omg everytime it feels like food from family! This time in particular he ordered a family pan and everything is so fragrant and tasty! I personally love the mixed Shawarma and the rice. My kids like it all but especially the pickles!Dietary restrictions: If you have a gluten sensitivity please mention it to the staff. As a Celiac myself they do a great job.“
“The service was amazing, everyone was so welcoming and the guy with the sideways hat was giving off immaculate vibes. I do have some notes tho. The location is quite old and had a long history, which can be seen in the ambience. Also, I checked several tables and most of em were sticky. Lastly, the sandwich was good, but I wish there was a toppings menu of some sort, with me having to rely on looking at others peoples orders to see what toppings they had available. Overrall, service was top tier, the food was good, but I feel some drastic improvements can be made with the facilities. I will be back cuz I am a big sucker for family businesses and good customer service.“
“Was is desperate need of a real new york style pastrami sandwich, so decided to make the 45 minute drive from Daytona to Longwood as there is no real deli in Daytona beach. Pickles is good not great but pretty good. I would put the pastrami and corned beef on par with Too Jays. The place is pretty cool inside with a full liquor bar. They also serve pizza and a myriad of other subs and desserts, there's something for everyone. It's a far drive so not sure I'd go back, but I would stop again if I was in the area.“
