What a disappointment tonight. I don't usually leave negative reviews but this one calls for it. Had an extremely long day, haven't eaten, went to get food for the family and came home, half the food was inedible. The amount of salt on the fries made us sick. You couldn't eat them. My kids were starving and we didn't have much time before they went to bed due to the activities after school, we were so looking forward to some mcdonalds and it just ended our long day with extreme disappointment. Very unfortunate to waste 40 dollars like that and still have an empty stomach.

To be honest just want to say that everyone is sure nice:) of course is sky (your probably a manager now) love Miss Priscilla ! Of course I love them the most Anna (Anastasia) she is the most nicest person! I will see you again soon:) mostly Friday:) ? miss Lisa is very nice:) they're hiring I recommend, I used to work there for almost a year what's my first ever job can experience with 100% awesome:)?? when Lisa became she's awesome at what she does:)

It's McDonald's..so for the US it gets 3 stars for food. The staff is component and friendly..has space age ambience that is a bit too sterile for me..but sure many will enjoy.

Store manager Lisa. I called and informed her that my order was missing an entire meal. Did she seem concerned- not a little bit. Her only answer was - we gave you what we had! WHAT !?There’s TWO people at my house waiting for breakfast and you send one meal.I can’t with some people! I’m definitely looking into this further.No attitude towards a customer with DISREGARD is acceptable. She wouldn’t like that answer nor the feeling of being left out from enjoying a meal you’re waiting to eat!Wow ! I’m shocked to say the least !

Ordered and paid for a steak, egg and cheese bagel but when I got home I discovered it was a bacon, egg and cheese bagel. Pathetic! no wonder people get so angry these days..

Worst drive thru experience at a McDonald's ever!Somewhere around 5 minutes waiting to even be spoken to, then my order comes out the burger was cold, the bun was hard, the cheese wasn't even melted.I asked for light ice and got two sips of tea.

The girl who took my order and payment transaction was very pleasant.Nobody was at the second window until it was time to hand in my bag of food, which was sloppily prepared with all the toppings off onto the side of the burger. No napkins or straw either.

Not only did they get part of our order wrong, but it was the first time I've seen a McDonald's burger served partly raw. Something was off with the crew and/or manager like they were having a bad day either with customers or among themselves. This was the worst McDonald's I've been at. Though those who served us were doing their best, people in the team were messing up and making everyone look bad. I hope they get their act together, or get rid of people hurting the team, the work environment, customer service and the business.

I needed ice for my McDonald's tea. Took order and waited 10 minutes to get to window. The person then said "sorry, not allowed to give you ice".

Service was horrible. Ate inside and was ignored as I stood at the counter for over 5 minutes. Employees walked by and looked at me. Not one responded when I said hello to them. I had to ask multiple times if I can order due to their grimace special not being on the kiosk.Location is filthy and disgusting! The smell at the drink machine was like a dead rat! Not a single clean table. Drink machines had spills everywhere. Trash on tables and under floors. They were overstaffed with several teens walking around showing each other their phones atthe front while ignoring customers. There were 3 workers sitting outside on the hood of a car talking as we walked in. If they are not busy then why not provide a clean place to sit?Entire order messed up. Had to have it remade twice. The apples for kid's meal were rotten. They didn't even check.C'mon managers. Get this location under control.
