We decided to visit on a Friday to catch some live music and see some snow in Florida since we just moved to Orlando a couple weeks before Christmas from Michigan. Surprisingly, it was freezing outside, and everyone was in sweaters. This small, but adorable country cabin themed, outdoor bar is part of Wekiva island. Grest place to hang in daytime. Free live music Friday and Saturday nights. Beautiful scenery along a river. Peaceful in winter. Party scene in summer. 100 or so beers without World of Beer craft prices.

This place is a hidden GEM! weikiva springs was too packed to get in, so we came here instead. They have their own kayak rentals (or launch your own for $20 each vessel). The place is super cool with nice patio furniture, cornhole, super quality volleyball court, a huge dock along the river to swim/hang out on sitting on adorandak chairs and a huge bar with draft beers and frozen cocktails.
