“I come to this Nature's Table often and the staff here are very friendly. They get pretty busy during lunch time but always have a smile on their faces. I like the salads they have here especially the Fiesta Chicken Salad. It is quite spicy though so be sure to grab a drink as well. The smoothies here are really good, my favorite is Strawberry Banana & the Peanutbutter Cup smoothies.Today I got the California Club sandwich and it was good. I like that there are a lot of fresh and lighter menu items here. That way you can feel good about what you're eating when ordering from here.“

“My daughter & I absolutely love , love , love this place ! Their açaí bowls are the best in town. They use only the highest quality, good for your ingredients and they put it together in a way that you get every topping in each bite and we just love it . Enjoyed being able to sit and visit without worrying about being asked to leave after 2 hours.Parking: Parking spaces are tight on the side of the building with not a lot of back up room but if you are concerned about that you can park in the back which has plenty of room“

“i went to Krave n Joy this morning!! The location was easy to find via GPS! The decor was excellent, the colors were warm n inviting!!! the young lady there was friendly and bubbly!! she was excited to learn we were very familiar with her location and to hear about our main location back in Va. she had a customer come in while she was helping us because we were not in a hurry, she asked if she could help the other customer as we sat and enjoyed our shakes!! my husband ordered the Strawberry Cheesecake n I had the Yum Yum Rainbow, the Hurricane Energy tea n some protein donuts with Carmel n sprinkles to enjoy later!!! if you are looking for healthy alternatives while in the Orlando area..........Krave n Joy is your place!!!“

“So I have been seeing all the rave reviews about the Wunderbar pressed juices- so I decided to do a little shopping around the mall of millennia today so I can try some juice. I got the beet it juice with apple because they were out of watermelon. This juice has beets, ginger, lime and apple juice. The man at the counter was quick and efficient. My Beet drink is very earthy but so refreshing! 10/10“

I recently went to Crisp & Green for the first time and they checked every single box. “I was in the area and craving a healthy smoothie when I remembered that The Smoothie Room was nearby, which has been on my list to check out for a while. They are a small, locally owned shop specializing in fresh smoothies, pressed juices, and acai/smoothie bowls. They were even featured on Yelp's Top Places to Drink in Orlando list, so I already knew that they were loved by the community. The space is decorated cute with hammock swings and surf vibes. They have a small team operating the shop and preparing smoothies, but everything was coming out pretty quickly. I went with the Go Green smoothie which contains spinach, organic shredded coconut, banana, strawberry, kiwi, and pineapple. It's definitely more on the sweet/fruity side which I prefer, and I'm glad there's some hidden veggies in there that I can't taste. It was exactly what I was looking for. All of their ingredients are fresh and all natural -- no artificial additives, etc. Staff was very attentive and friendly. I'd opt for this local smoothie spot over a chain any day.“

“OMG, I think I just found my favorite spot for a delicious protein shake and then some! The donuts are to die for! Super Bonus, its a freaking protein donut! All jokes aside, I will be back, and back again......and again. Our 1st try was the banana bread protein shake, a MUST try! & the smores protein donuts, bomb! & the acai bowl, muah! Everything was made FRESH, you here me! LIKE SHE MAKING DONUTS "DING" OUT THE OVEN KINDA FRESH! The owner, bomb, so welcoming, super sweet and really cares about the health and mindfulness of the body, and my experience here, pretty much made me do my happy dance. The Protein Lab has an earthy classic vibe to the place, love the enegery there, super cozy! My God, keep blessing this lady's business! Highly recommend spot.
